Chapter 1: The Path of Determination

The Land of Fire, Konoha Village.

It has been four years since the Nine Tails Rebellion, and this village, once devastated, has gradually regained its former prosperity.

At sunset, a small figure slowly walked down the residential street. Sweat trickled down his forehead, but a faint smile adorned his face. Black hair, dark eyes, fair skin, and delicate features—anyone who saw him would think, "What a good little boy."

The villagers who saw him greeted him warmly.

"Tetsuya, you're back!"

"Tetsuya, did you go to exercise again? You're so diligent at such a young age."

"Yes, my son only knows how to play every day. I'll have to discipline him more."

"Here, Tetsuya, take this fish home. It's fresh and will do you good."

Tetsuya, the polite and diligent boy, responded to each greeting with a warm smile and a nod.

After ten minutes of friendly exchanges, he arrived at a detached courtyard. As he opened the door, the smile faded, and he rubbed his slightly stiff cheeks with a sigh.

"Being so popular is exhausting," he muttered.

Tetsuya's full name was Kamiyo Tetsuya. Born in the 48th year of Konoha, his parents died in the Nine Tails Rebellion, leaving him alone in this world.

Tetsuya was a traveler from another world. In his previous life, he was an ordinary person, with no regrets except for not deleting the browsing history on his phone before dying. Memories of the disaster flashed through his mind, especially the nine-tailed demon fox that nearly ended his life as a baby.

"Hopefully, that gas explosion destroyed my phone too," he mused, recalling the fox's destructive power. It was then he realized which world he had entered.

"The world of Naruto," he thought. A world with a unique power system, where danger lurked at every corner.

"At least the various beauties and ninjutsu are interesting," he chuckled, but the reality of living in this world without a powerful bloodline was daunting. His surname wasn't Uchiha or Senju, nor did he have a tailed beast inside him.

"Not everyone can be as lucky as Might Guy," he sighed. "Even Guy's final kick came at the cost of his life."

Tetsuya had waited for two years, hoping for a cheat or special power, but nothing came. He accepted his fate. His goal was simple: survive until the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Looking at his slender but strong arms and legs, he felt satisfied. Exercise became his priority. Chakra was crucial for a ninja, but the body was the foundation. Though he had the Chakra refining method left by his parents, he wasn't in a hurry to practice it.

"Starting Chakra training too early can damage the body," he reminded himself, thinking of Kakashi and Itachi. Both were prodigies, but their early achievements came with a cost.

Tetsuya's plan was clear: live a peaceful life until the Fourth Great Ninja War. Let Sasuke and Naruto handle the rest.

At two years old, he began exercising methodically, progressing from running in his yard to jogging around Konoha's inner city. His body developed faster than other children, and by four, he was already 1.2 meters tall, taller than his peers.

Today, he decided to start refining Chakra. After eating the fish given by Mrs. Asai, he went to his bedroom and took out a scroll from the cupboard. It was his parents' legacy, containing the Chakra refining method and five ninjutsu techniques: Wind Style: Great Breakthrough, Wind Style: Gale Palm, Fire Style: Fire Bullet, Fire Style: Dragon Fire Technique, and the B-level Fire Style: Dragon Flame Bomb.

He didn't know his Chakra nature yet, but he was determined to find out.

Sitting cross-legged in his bedroom, Tetsuya relaxed his mind, following the scroll's instructions. Chakra was a blend of physical and spiritual energy. As he mixed his mental energy with the energy extracted from his cells, he felt a warm sensation spread through his body.

"It seems my talent is decent," he thought, overjoyed by the quick success.

As he reveled in this magical feeling, a mechanical voice echoed in his mind, startling him.

"System initializing... Welcome, Host."

Tetsuya's eyes widened in disbelief. "A system? Now?" His heart raced with excitement.

"Host, you have been granted the Village Prosperity System. Your task is to develop and lead a hidden village to unparalleled prosperity. Initializing mission parameters..."

Tetsuya's mind spun with possibilities. "Develop and lead a village? This could change everything."

The voice continued, "Your first mission: Achieve a stable source of income for the village within one year."

"A stable income... in a ninja world," Tetsuya mused. "This is going to be interesting."

With renewed determination, he clenched his fists. "I will rise, not just for myself, but for everyone who believes in me."

As the sunset painted the sky, Kamiyo Tetsuya's journey truly began.
