---Pov Kakashi Hatake---

I had just confronted the guy I had seen always talking to himself at my father's grave. I asked why he visited every day and he said he respected him. I have a peculiar feeling about that guy though. I know he's a shinobi that has come out of nowhere and is on the rise.

Kakashi had talks with Raido and Anko to see what This Arashi was like. They both said he was an okay guy but that's all they didn't really know him, so I investigated some more and found out that he had apparently gotten stronger out of nowhere, like his talent just blossomed. Kakashi was suspicious. 'I will just take it slow and do a little more digging on this guy,' he thought.

---Pov Arashi---

I have learned chakra flow successfully. I have learned Water chakra coating, it makes my saber extremely sharp and fluid in its movements. It can enhance cutting power and slicing efficiency. My prowess has exceeded what I ever thought possible.

I had a week left and I was excited for my week off. I wanted to go and eat so I wanted to check out the infamous Ichiraku ramen shop. I arrived in front of the building and I lifted over the curtain and sat on one of the stools.

There, I saw a relatively young Teuchi. He was happy and asked me, "First timer, huh? What can I get you?" with a big smile plastered. I said, "You can get me the most popular thing on the menu."

Teuchi smiled and nodded, "Coming right up." I could see everything he was doing; he was truly a master at his craft. While I was waiting, two more people came to the stall. I looked over and saw two people that made my heart palpitate, Minato and Kushina of all people luckily they didn't even acknowledge my existence.

Teuchi finished my meal, and I dug in. It was really worth all the hype; it was too good. The pulled pork complemented the noodles, the egg was the cherry on top, and the vegetables adorned the bowl. I was eating like a savage, all under the watchful eyes of arguably two of the strongest people in the village. I was so busy eating that I couldn't see their facial expressions, but this ramen just does something to ya, I tell you.

---Pov Minato---

Kushina and I had just finished our duties, and I wanted to take her to her favorite place, Ichiraku Ramen. But when we got there, there was already a person, but it was alright. It looked like he was waiting for his meal. Kushina and I waited for our meals as well, 'but I suddenly heard a pi-... I mean, a guy savagely eating the ramen like he had never had any in his life. By the looks of it, he was also a ninja. What is wrong with him?'

(Back to Arashi)

I finished and headed to the waterfall training ground I wanted to do my daily routine of water walking while sticking lots of leaves on my body. I then started performing Water Prison and Water Gun over and over. I also have Water Bullet. I have started training like this the more chakra I waste, the more my chakra reserve increases and my control as well. I wanted to get more water jutsu so I headed to the library, I went to the B-rank section and grabbed Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique (Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu)

I headed back to the waterfall grounds and started practicing. I wasn't surprised that I managed to get the jutsu down in just 30 minutes; it was rather sloppy. But I spent another 2 hours, and it was a scary sight. I wanted to flex this jutsu; I think it's so cool. It's a staple.

I went back to my apartment and went to bed. The next day, I also wanted to learn the Shadow Clone Jutsu, and I knew Hiruzen would let me. 'I have been excelling and I'm no rookie so he will give it to me no doubt in my mind'. Once I obtained it, I practiced, and right off the bat, I could summon a shadow clone. I was happy and a bit nostalgic; it was like my dream to be doing this stuff, just chilling and learning jutsu. I wanted to learn fuinjutsu, but I knew I didn't have time. I wanted to go into the Juinjutsu branch and learn all of the jutsu Tobirama made. That's my goal for the near future, and I was happy with my current life.

(The next day)

It was announced that Minato would be taking over as Hokage, which I already expected. But I didn't really care; everything was following the canon timeline, so I still had my future knowledge as an advantage, and that's all I cared about. The one thing I was worried about was the Nine-Tails attack, which should be in 24 months.
