Chapter 66.2 : Only Seventh?

The ninth place on the Eye Technique List was announced.

On the live broadcast screen, a pair of mysterious purple eyes appeared, catching everyone's attention.

This was an Eye technique he had developed in the early days to form contracts with beings like Beerus, Teacher Octopus, and Sun Wukong. He didn't trust the conventional Summoning technique of the ninja world, as it allowed too much room for betrayal without significant consequences.

He didn't want to cultivate a group of potential traitors, so he created the Contract Eye. After forming contracts with these beings, they would never dare to betray him and would gradually become loyal. This was an ability he developed to increase control.

He believed his eyes were only weaker than his mother's Rinne Sharingan, and he had disregarded other Eye techniques, deeming them insignificant.

But now, he realized he had underestimated others.

"This means my mother's Rinne Sharingan may not be the top-ranked!" Ōtsutsuki Hagoromo thought to himself.
