Clone Duplication Technique
In the 5th floor of the Ancestral Training Grounds, Lai Yun and her 2 other teammates were hunting 6th and 7th tiered beasts to complete the class assignment, but as they fought and collected beast cores, it became more apparent Lai Yun was distracted by something. What they didn't know was that Lai Yun had left an [ Illusory clone ] behind to follow Xiao Fang and monitor his movements.
"Lai Yun, are you alright?" One of Lai Yun's teammates finally asked.
Hearing that question, Lai Yun snapped out of it, and realized how she must've seemed to her teammates.
Quickly thinking of an excuse she replied,
"I'm not feeling too good. I think I might've eaten a faulty spirit pill before we got here," she said with a weary smile.
"Ah, in that case, take it easy and just let us do most of the work today," One teammate said.
"You owe us," said the other jokingly.
