He is the devil

"What are you doing? "The man is definitely mad. His short spiky hair gets sharper the more he scolds the boy.

He is the father of the boy who apparently fights with a girl for his own shame. Poor think that the so-called Angelo is shameless.

"She fell over me and grab my hair! I defended myself! What if she is a girl? She should behave like a girl if she wants to be treated like one!"

"Angelo!"

As the two are arguing in front of her she stands up. His last words stir her up a little. As she approaches from behind, her hand grabs his medium hair as she kicks his back of the legs making him fall on his knees. She pulls back his hair and glares at him. He is shocked and for a moment just groans under the pressure.

"If you were indeed a boy, I wouldn't have pulled your hair. You know, how we girls fight."

Dina smiles and lets go off his hair. He falls back and yells as hard as he can. She doesn't seem to care.

The man is surprised but doesn't interferes in the fight. Dina approaches him and stretches her hand.

"My name is Dina Dragomir. May I know your name, sir?"

He shakes hands with the girl. The attitude change is pointed by the girl who turns to the boy and whispers.

"He is a man.You are a girl ."

Angelo boils on the inside but decides to keep himself composed so that the girl wouldn't make any insults at his address.

"My name is Ralph de Fino. I am Faris' old friend. I guess he sent you her. Tell me on the road to the mansion. Let's go, son!"

The three of them head to the mansion that was on the hill in the distance. The hot weather makes them wish that they would have brought a hat like Ralph's.

"So where are we? "She glances at the well-dressed man. After all he has the same age as her uncle, around 40.

"We are in an isolated land between mountains. In Europe. You traveled a lot."

'The Vila from New York is far away...'Her thoughts are worrying her a little.

She doesn't understand how he managed to sent her over the ocean. There is only one way to find out.

"Is my uncle a vampire? "She bites her lips. The little pebbles on the path are the perfect target of her anxiety. While walking she hits few stones following them with her lost in though eyes.

Ralph is glancing at her and his face saddens. He probably knew everything from Faris. He was also a good friend with the girl's parents. The news of their death brought him great pain.

"He is a vampire. But on thing you should never forget is that he still loves you. Think about it."

Dina stops her little game and becomes nonchalant. It isn't a shock after all that happened. But still, her mind is not yet wrapped around the idea that her beloved uncle is the thing she hates the most in the world.

Her idea of vampires is different from reality. She is aware that her uncle would never kill anyone.

"I would like to find more about vampires. Is your son a vampire too? "

Ralph smiles relieved by her open minds. He knows is hard for her but little by little she will began to understand everything.

"Me and Angelo are also vampires. But don't be scared! Faris will never put you in danger."

"You are right! "She sighs. The man is right. Faris always protected her. This time will be no difference.

"She is scared of us?" Angelo sniggers looking down on Dina who is till his shoulder.

The girl remains calm and doesn't say anything. She will never reveal her weakness to a weak and nasty boy.

"Whether she is or not is not your concern, Angelo. Dina hates vampires. Don't make her hate us even more."

Ralph brushes him off hoping to cover what he insinuated previously. The relationship between the girl and his son isn't so close to reveal the painful memories of the girl, yet.

Like he knows what it feels to have your parents dead! He is a rich spoiled kid.

"She is not scared of us. No one was as calm as her when I revealed my eyes."

How do you know she wasn't sacred? She feels her heart beating faster when the boy confirmed that he was really a vampire. Dina worries a little of the repercussions of her savage behavior with the boy.

Will he transform into a vampire a bit her as revenge? What if he will hunt her down?

That's what she is thinking under her calm expression.

"You revealed your eyes? Did you did something to her? Are you all right, Dina?"

They stop in the middle of the road and Ralph is standing before them. He glares at Angelo and shifts his eyes to the girl looking worried.

"I would never bit someone like her. Bet her blood is bitter as her personality. "His arms cross and with his nose up he hits her under belt with his words.

"He was a good girl. There's no way he can bit me. Don't worry, sir Ralph. He is under control."

She glances at the boy who thought that his remarks will pass unobserved. Angelo meets her eyes and frowns. He wants to reply but Ralph is cutting in.

"Than is good. Let's hurry! I bet you are hungry."

"You are right. My stomach growl since I dropped on him."

She massages her stomach as she walks with Ralph before Angelo.

"I can teleport us." The man takes out a sharp knife.

"No, no, stop! I don't really like to teleport. "She takes the knife out of Ralph's hand and begs him to continue walking.

It's good that Ralph is compliant!

But … Angelo snatches the knife from her hand and cuts himself. The blood circles them.

"To the mansion." He smirks.

// At your command, young master. //

"You devil! "She yells prepare to grab his hair. He doges and her hand grabs his shirt.

His hand drags the girl's waist, her chest touches his. The look in her eyes gets him to laugh devilish.

Ralph understands what is going on. He smiles remembering his past.

The blood swallows them. Dina really doesn't like how this transportation works.

What the fuck is wrong with him? I will really beat him up….
