A building specialized for lesson purposes is getting fitted to allow enough soldiers to enter and start the training program. Even better is one of the drives that contained a chemistry science program, which slowly helps in putting more people into good use.

Furthermore, Minos and Wolf Vehicles are being delivered in bulks, making the base almost have enough transport for all his soldiers to have a ride. As for the Minos Supply Vehicle, they're used by both soldiers, representatives, and residents daily for the long-range task.

That peaceful 1 month period gave Zhang Qin Feng sufficient time to rearrange his base. In this grace period, his people did not stop expanding their base outward and quickly controlled the Shangqing plot, the Shangwen plot, and the Shanghai plot.

Each plot comes with an Upper, Middle, Lower, Main, and Side street, which is about 100-acres in total.

The Shangqing plot is immediately decided to be the Factory Zone, the Shangwen as Militarized Zone, and Shanghai as Residents and entertainment.

While at 13th Zone, a 20-acres plantation was set up with 8,000 Cerulean Resin Plants. There will be an additional outpost erected here as protection and security purposes.

But that's not all.

Technology-wise, the Factory Zone in Shangqing now possessed their first Privatize-Type Material Printer. Although there's only one in the hall with 20 printers, they believe that with the given time, they'll be able to refit all stations into the Privatize-Grade printer soon.

The collection of tech scraps also gave the BSV a breath of new life.

Zhang Qin Feng gave it the codename [Honeybee] due to its disposable nature. This equipment comes with a deployable Swarmer Box, which can be deployed and left there until any further uses.

As it was linked with the user's Luna Device, the Honeybee can be remotely controlled to perform firing action on the user's behalf.

But unfortunate to Zhang Qin Feng, the others in his list remained idle because there are no additional parts or research that hugely contribute to its improvement.

From a business point of view, the survivors in Changyang City seem to starts accepting the existence of Azure Wind Base. So far, essential goods such as the battery, medicine, ammunition, compressed food, and Gene Enhancer are very in demand.

The business is so good, it made Zhang Qin Feng questioned his pricing.

But the report from the resident's union came to convince him otherwise.

One of the main reasons they traded with Azure Wind Base is because of the availability in stock. The inventory of Azure Wind base can be said to be far superior compared to the five top-tier gangs put together.
