As they passed by a pharmacy, Ashton Heath asked Zack to stop the car and went in to buy some ointment.

The marks on Joanna Lawrence's face had already faded, but her face was still red and swollen.

Ashton took the ointment and gently applied it to the half of her face that had been slapped.
