Chapter 18

Theo carried the tray holding his lunch, towards an unoccupied table. A few minutes later, the rest of the gang joined him. Each holding onto their lunch.

  "This cafe is pretty active" Theo casually took a glance around.

  Many students sat with their friends at the same table, thus bringing discussion amongst themselves.

  It was pretty noisy.

  "Hm" Randi nodded, shoving a fork filled with spicy noodles into his mouth.

  Just as Theo wanted to start eating, something cought his attention from the corner of his eye.

  A female student walked into the cafe from the storage room, pushing another student on wheel chair forward.

  The female student had aurburn hair, cherry red lips and a seductive but lean physique.

  She was a beauty.

  As for the student on wheelchair, her beauty was triple compared with the first one.

  Although she had a petite body, it made men feel the desire to hold her in their arms and protect her.

  Naturally, the arrival of these beauties caused quite a stir.

"Whoa! isn't that Judy? one of Class B's six belles?"

  "Yeah she's the one"

  "Damn! look at those legs! the Magus are too cruel to make such a beauty confined to a wheel chair, ah!"

  The six belles were a list of ladies ranked in accordance with their beauty. And Judy was ranked at third place.

  Although she was beautiful, she couldn't use her legs. As such, she had a massive base of simps, as well as haters.

  A vast majority of these haters were females.

  "Who's she?" Theo whispered to Bajir who happened to be seated the closest to him.

  "Her name is Judy. She has a mysterious background and is one of the six belles" Bajir whispered a reply.

  Six belles?

  Bajir noticed Theo's confused expression. He took it upon himself to explain further.

  "The six belles is a popular list that rates all grade one female students by their beauty. The six belles are really popular. Infact, most males here are their simps" Bajir adjusted his glasses.

"Are you?" Theo smiled.

  "No!"

  Judy ignored the murmurings all around her. She whispered to the student pushing her forward.

  "Becky, take me to an empty table at the corner" she whispered.

  Becky nodded curtly. Under the gazes of both hungry males and envious females, she pushed Judy towards an empty table.

  It was located at a corner and coincedentially, was adjacent to Theo's table.

  "Whoa! i never thought i'll be able to view the famous Judy so up close. It's like she's seated with me" Balogun whistled.

  After making sure Judy was comfortable, Becky made to stand up and go order something when --

  "Miss. Becky!" a male student with a suave hairstyle and a diamond ring on his left index finger hurried their table.

  His uniform shirt was half button starting from the top, revealing the diamond neckchain rested on his hairy chest. He was currently holding a covered lunch tray.

  "Good afternoon Dormani" Becky greeted politely.

If it were other student, she wouldn't even place them in her eyes. However, Dormani was different.

  His father was a famous military captain in the Viscountcy military force. He was a pretty formidable spartan and had a lot of amazing feats tied to his belt.

  "Miss. Becky shouldn't stress herself. I bought her lunch earlier before. I had a hunch that she was going to come.. Ah! Instincts"

  "Don't bother. Miss. Judy has alot of allergies so i personally need to Inspect and pick her nutrition. I'm sorry"

  "Don't treat me like an outsider now hun" Dormani pouted.

  "Others might not know, but i know almost everything about her, including her hobbies, favourite colour and food" Dormani puffed out his chest proudly.

  This confession caused quite a stir in the whole cafe. Dormani knew alot about Judy?

  To know that much, wouldn't that mean they were extremely close and familiar with each other.

  Becky's face sank. Such insolence!

Just as she wanted to refute, when a voice stopped her right on track.

  "Let him be"

  Judy's voice was so pleasant and meledious to the ear. Some males even had illusions that it was an otherwordly fairy speaking.

-[Alert! Bewitchment signal detected!]

-[Bewitchment signal disrupted. Host is safe]

  Theo's brows tightened. The look he gave Judy changed instantly. This Judy wasn't simple!

  Although Theo was unaffected, the rest weren't. Not everybody had a system!

  They looked like they were lost in a trance and there was a fanatical expression in their eyes.

  Judy shook her head and let out a depressed smile. She casually glanced around and became shellshocked at what she saw.

  Somebody was unaffected by her bewitchment! and it was a male!

  At that moment, the people in the cafe began to wake up from their trance.

  "See?" Dormani smiled mockingly at Becky, completely unaware of what happened a few seconds ago.

  He walked past her, seating opposite Judy.

The cafe plunged in silence as everyone watched this display with interest.

  "After much contemplation, i bought your favourite" Dormani's fingers moved to uncover the tray.

  "Thank you" Judy smiled sweetly.

  Dormani licked his lips. Damn! what a smile!

  He uncovered the tray, revealing the lunch on it.

  "Taaaadha!"

  He expected Judy to jump into his arms, showering thanks for the food. However none of these happened.

  Instead--

  "Acchoow!" Judy let out a loud sneeze, her face pale like a sheet of paper.

  The once quiet cafe plunged into a more deeper silence. No body dared breathe loudly. Infact, some even held their breath.

  What's this? Didn't Dormani claim he knew about Judy's likes and dislikes.

  What the hell was happening?! it was quite apparent that Judy was allergic towards the food given to her by Dormani.

  "Judy..?" a tinge of red appeared on Dormani's cheeks as beads of sweat appeared on his forehead.

  He felt two things at that moment.

Embarrasment and fear. He was embarrassed because his lie was exposed and he made a fool of himself in such a public place.

  At the same time, he was scared that Judy's allergy would cause her to fall sick. Although he didn't knew what family Judy belonged to, his father once warned him to never offend her, or their family would be destroyed.

  What kind of existence was his father? He had the Viscountcy government behind him, yet he was scared of Judy's background!

  "A-Are you okay?" he asked, while choking on his saliva.

  "It's fine" Judy groaned weakly.

  "Milady!" Becky rushed to her side.

  She brought out a red pill from her storage watch and tossed it into Judy's mouth.

  After swallowing it, her countenance brightened a bit.

  Dormani breathed in relief when he saw this. That was a close call.

  "Hahahaha" a loud laugh resounded in the cafe.

  "Who did that?" Dormani glanced around with red angry eyes.

  Instantly, everybody pointed their fingers at a particular table.

It was Theo's table!

  "You are the one who laughed?" Dormani glared at Theo.

  Everyone seemed to be pointing at his way.

  "Huh?" Theo dropped the smartphone he was holding.

  When everybody was watching Judy and Dormani's comical display, he was reading jokes. At that time, he came across a very funny joke which prompted him to laugh.

  "Did you do it or not?!" Dormani roared.

  Theo frowned. Wasn't this guy too overbearing? he laughed but so what. Why should he care if he laughed or not.

  "Yes i did. But, why do you care?"

  Everybody gasped. Someone dared question Dormani. And it was a fellow grade one student.

  And it was a fresher at that!

  "What did you just say?" Dormani felt like he was mishearing things.

  A fresher dared to question him back.

  "Damn, i thought you were a barking dog. I never knew you were also deaf. A deaf barking dog who only knows how to bark" Theo spat.

  "You!" Dormani was trembling all over.

  Not in fright, but RAAGE!

This fresher insulted him. He fvcking insulted him!

  Students in the cafe began to snicker in their heart. The fresher succeeded in pissing Dormani. Now they just had to wait for a good show to play out!

  Just as everyone thought a huge fight would break out--

  "Please stop!"

  The speaker was Judy. Instantly, she became the center of attention.

  "That fresher over there wasn't aware of what was going on. Ever since, he was on his phone. Perhaps he read a joke just now, that's why he laughed?"

  "Yes. I saw him dropping his phone just now!"

  "As expected on Belle Judy. She's always vigiliant"

  Many male simps began to voice their support. Dormani was stuck in a corner.

  This fresher insulted him. He wanted the fresher to pay. However, Judy wanted the conflict to stop and alot of students were backing her up.

  If he ignored her pleas, it would be equivalent to slapping her in the face. Thus humilating and offending her.

He couldn't risk that, just because he wanted to have his revenge.

  Giving Theo a look so as to memorize his face, he snorted and left.

  He wasn't in the mood to have lunch.
