'Yes! Eating all that bread was worth it! You know what they say… Bread is victor!'
'No distri-'
'Wait…'
I was about to distribute my PP points, but I stopped right as I was about to, because I saw how great Laili's capabilities really were. She had been hiding her powers from me, and indeed did she only fight me at a level to see if I was worthy of her words.
It makes sense though… Because, all she had displayed to me before were basic abilities, and skills that she wasn't really proficient in.
For example, martial arts, which is something I would simply triumph her with, because she was a female and had less potential for physical combat. Even her normally throwing darts was something that belonged more to the male class. The only ability that was proficient at would be her teleportation ability that she had used on me.
At the moment, she was using most of her abilities, or perhaps even all of them, in order to go on par with the monster. And honestly, looking at her performance, I was genuinely impressed. It was a work of art, and a true display of power. Flashy power that is only available on fiction specifically, which made me wonder if the male counterparts were also flashy.
"Yeah… It should be cool looking as well. Like those bunch of fists appearing almost everywhere. That looks cool I guess…" I muttered my thoughts, as I stared at all of the figures of Laili.
Indeed. Right now, there was about twenty five clones of her in front of the monster. Occasionally, one of her clones would get hit by the monster's hand or tentacle, however, just as her clone was about to get hit, it teleported even closer towards the monster.
That's how the fight went, until Laili got close enough to the monster. Because, the moment one of her clones got close to the guy, all of her clones disappeared at an instant, to form the ultimate attack.
Leili's clones didn't just disappear however, and I was joking if you thought that something bad was going to happen to her.
What had happened, was that her clones had actually turned into some kind of hologram-like light, as they went and gathered towards the one version of themselves that was the closest to the cute looking pink haired guy.
The moment all of the light-like images of Laili's clones had gathered to the singular point, that version of Laili who is probably the original one, transformed into a giant version of herself.
*Bam!
Laili's gigantic fist punched right through the monster's chest.
As a result of her powerful punch, the guy within the monster got pushed out through the monster's back, and was sent flying until he crashed onto a wall. The amount of physical Laili carried with her gigantic size of a body… It was a skill that seemed like that of a male cultivator, but wasn't.
If I'm not wrong, that type of attack was purely PP energy…
"Amazing…" I couldn't help muttering such words out after saw the true power of PP energy. From what I can tell, such a feat is certainly not the limit to this world…
Planetary level. Universal level… Just how much is possible with a wiener?
Quite the weird question, isn't it?
Cough Cough
I'm really glad that Laili took revenge for me, by the way. I mean… Did you see that? That pretty boy got slammed into a wall just like I did. Haha! Good for him!
Anyway, let's meet up with Laili, shall we… I've got a lot of questions to ask. One question for example, is why the f*ck her talisman didn't send me directly towards her, but towards this mess instead.
"Stop right there! The battle is not over yet." Laili stopped me when I was about to go near her.
After warning me, she slightly crouched down as she carefully walked towards the unconscious guy that wasn't too far away from her.
The monster's body had already evaporated after the guy was kicked out of it, hence why, there was enough room for Laili to walk through in order to get to him. They had been fighting beside the hole earlier, and because of that, they were very close to the wall. That is why, the guy wasn't really too far away from Laili. About twenty five meters, is what I'm guessing.
Anyway... When Laili was close enough to the guy, she was still cautious as ever, as she carefully went on to check on him.
"Oh… He's dead." Laili uttered after checking his pulse to see if he was still alive.
Unfortunately, it seems that he was indeed dead. Such a fact made Laili quite sad, which I was able to clearly see on her face. Unfortunate...
"Perhaps, I had hit him too hard…" A few small tears came out of Laili's eyes as she spoke.
Yes, I was able to hear all that she said, and the reason for that is because I was already walking closer to her after she had mentioned the fact of the guy being dead. Quite sad honestly, even for me. He was such a cute guy...
"Huh? He's alive!" I suddenly shouted out loud, shocked by what I saw in front of my eyes.
Indeed, the guy was alive. Rejoice if you were also saddened by the weird functionality of his body.
I'm kinda happy too, but... Not really honestly...
Why? Well... You see... The reason why I was shocked, was because the guy had wrapped his tentacles around my arms again, without me being able to react in time, again...
I thought he was dead! And why does he even have tentacles in his human form?!
Ahhh!!! Why do I always have to be dominated by surprise by this guy?!
