New life

A few days ago I was your typical 24-year old guy with an office job, basically unnoticed in a crowd of people heading from and to their jobs, until I somehow became a hostage at a bank robbery and due to me being brave and tried to stop the group of armed thugs but got shot down.

Now I'm a infant now named Tobias living in the suburbs like in my old world but something felt odd about it, this included myself, not only was I born again but I wasn't human, based on what I recalled from my Tabletop Roleplay knowledge, I was a beastmen, more specifically a bear, now it wasn't like how Japanese shows would commonly interpret them, humans with animal ears and tail, I had everything from brown fur to my snout to a little tail.

though I wasn't human my parents were, I assumed that I was adopted so I didn't think about it, what caught my attention more was that whenever I got the chance to look at the TV and see the news, there were both beast men and humans living together and that there was also magic which wowed me.

*4 years later*

it has been a week since my birthday and from what I could hear from eavesdropping was that I was going to be homeschooled until I was at high School age which I was a little nervous as I wasn't homeschooled in my previous life so I wasn't going to get used to this home schooling for a while, but I decided that I should try to live a lifestyle that suits me that night.

*14 years later*

it's been a month since I graduated from high school again, ever since seventh grade I had a bad eating habit where I only ate highly caloric foods, before I was a scrawny kid standing at five foot six weighing only 115 pounds, since then I grew four inches and I gained 365 pounds of fat, most of this weight was gained during fall and winter, I researched why I had gained this much weight and from what I could find online it's because beast men in this world had some left over traits of their animal side and these traits depend on the beast men's genetics to see what they have and they show when beastmen reach puberty, I unfortunately had only the size of a bear, in both height and weight.

my parents of course were worried about me but after I told them that my weight was normal, they stoped worrying a little, my eating habits however did destroy my chance at any culinary job, thought I decided on doing an office job for about five or ten years, after I decided on the job I wanted to do I packed my things up to move in with a friend.

A week after I moved in I did a little bit more research just to see how much I'll grow in height and weight, I discovered that adult bear men are at average the third tallest beast men type at a height of 6" 8, and thanks to a DNA test I did a couple of years ago out of boredom and curiosity I found out that my DNA was mostly made up of black bear but was part grizzly which explained why my fur was brown instead of black, I also had some idea how much I'll probably weigh as the average adult black bear beast men weighed about 770 pounds, only 30 pounds lighter then a normal black bear.
