A new beginning

Just when Rohan thought it was the end he found himself in the void full of darkness that was more black that the darkest black on earth. After looking around and finding nothing he stared ahead and saw a being that was full of light so bright that he thought his eyes would pop off.

just as he was about to trun away the being spoke, " Welcome to the path of reincarnation, if you have any questions you would like to ask now would be the time."

Rohan felt that the being was a girl from her voice so he asked, " Are you a god?". Rohan was never a religious person but he had gone to temples multiple times with his mother. Thinking about her he felt sad again that he would never be able to see her and properly apologize to her.

The goddess saw this and was curious so she said, " Yes, I am a goddess but why are you sad all of a sudden the people that have reincarnated before you were never sad they were excited to see a new world."

Rohan saw that the being can sense his emotions in his soul form when he himself can't see his body. So he said , " Oh , I was thinking about my mother. She would be devastated by my death as I was the boy among the three of us. She had high expectations for me and I was very pressured but I was happy when I saw her happy with my results. Well that aside where am i?"

"You are on your to reincarnation in a world of your choice with 3 gifts you can ask me.", she said.

"And what are the limits of the things I can ask for?", Rohan asked as he read enough novels and fanfiction to know there is never a free lunch in any world.

The goddess was surprised when he said that and that left Rohan confused. The goddess said, " Well that a new. No one has ever asked that question. Well you can ask for anything that is not a threat to the Omniverse."

Rohan thought about it a little and the goddess just looked at him with a smile not that he can see her. The goddess thought, ' I knew I would not choose the wrong person for becoming my husband'.

After a while Rohan said, " I would like a simple system that would give me quests based on the number request the people in the Omniverse wish for to happen to in the world i would be at, which would also have a shop from which I can buy and sell stuff , by using system coins(SC) and the reward will depend on the difficulty of the quest. And some people, who are the strongest in that world, can put special quest and the reward by themselves but after setting a quest they will forget about the system, they will just remember that it as they have interacted with someone and told them their request."

"Alright system done, what else?", The goddess said feeling even more happy about the decision to choose him.

" I want to be able to travel the multiverse of different Comics, Anime, and other universes.", replied Rohan.

"Ohh , nice thinking about that well as a reward for your intelligence I will let you make 1 more wish." The goddess said.

"Really? Then I want a body that is adaptable to the powers to the world I will travel to without losing the powers from my previous world", said Rohan excitedly.

"Granted and what about your last wish", the goddess said.

Rohan thought,' Well with these three wishes I have everything a multiverse traveller could wish for a system, a way to travel to the multiverse, and I will be able to keep my powers from the worlds I will travel to.' Then Rohan eyes had a mischievous glint in them as he thought,' Maybe I can ask for that...'

Rohan said after thinking, " Well I don't know if it would be possible but it never hurts to try. So for my final wish I would like to ask for you." After that Rohan was met with silence that existed before the goddess spoke to him in the beginning.

After what felt like eternity to Rohan as he sweating profusely because of his absurd request , for all he knows that goddess can just annihilate his soul and end his new life before it even began.

The goddess eventually replied," Alright I can give you that but answer me this why did you ask for me?" The goddess was genuinely curious as Rohan should not have known that she chose him as a husband material for herself.

Rohan released a sigh of relief when she accepted his request then replied calmly, well atleast he tried to suppress his excitement," Well who wouldn't want to have a goddess as a partner for himself knowing that the said goddess is very powerful."

The goddess then playfully replied," How do you know that I am a female and not a male? I could be a male talking with you in the voice of a female."

At that point Rohan was sweating hard. He didn't think about that when he made the request. He had a look of despair on his face when he thought the goddess was a male. He thought,' Well here goes my straightness I want to cry....'

Then when he was about to cry the goddess said," Well that was a joke don't take it so seriously. Alright looks like the time is about to end tell me which world would you like to go to?"

Rohan was really relieved knowing that the goddess was indeed a female. Then he said," I want to go to the Naruto world just after the first great ninja war finished and I don't want to be affiliated to any ninja villages."

"Alright let's get you there then . Any last words." The goddess said feeling a little more playful.

" How will the last request work?", he replied while sweating again when he heard the last sentence.

" Well we will be connected via a mental link so that we can talk to each other through the universe. And we will meet when you are powerful enough to meet me in my real body." The goddess replied to his question and continued," Well I will be waiting my prince for you come take me and rule the entire Omniverse with me."

The goddess then slashed her hand vertically and a tear in space appeared before Rohan and he was swallowed by it before he could respond.

After sending Rohan away the goddess was in a daze after meeting the man she was supposed to marry in the future and came back to herself when she felt some movement in front of her. She saw it was her loyal servant who seems to want to ask something but was hesitant to ask. She saw that and said," What do you want to say Shimoda Hitoshi?"

Hitoshi replied," Why him my lord you could have chosen anyone in heaven, after all you are the queen of heaven Akiyama Miyuki, but you chose a mortal and a weak one at that?".

Miyuki smiled and said," Do you really think that low of my choices? Well don't worry even if he can't become strong by himself then I will make him the strongest god to ever exist."
