Chapter 336 Farewell
Kyra's breath caught in her throat. Silas's presence, so strong and intense, made her pulse quicken. His words had been directed toward Meeko, but the deeper meaning behind them wasn't lost on her. The weight of his gaze sent a shiver down her spine.
Vincent stepped closer, almost instinctively placing himself between Kyra and Silas, creating a slight barrier. "No need to cry, Meeko," Vincent said with a reassuring smile, though his tone was firm. "Rainbow is having a baby. You can come and play with her soon." He was almost certain it would be a girl.
Alessandro stepped forward and gently took Meeko back into his arms, his expression soft.
Lara embraced Kyra warmly. "I'll miss you," she said softly. "My mom wasn't able to come because of her back pain, but she sends her blessings. And take care, okay? My brother is a good male, and he'll make sure you're well cared for." She smiled knowingly, giving Kyra one last squeeze before stepping back.
