Close To You

The reporters are still outside of her unit when Death went out to go to school. She left her Apartment na inis na inis dahil sa kalat ng ginawa ni Baekhyun sa sala nya.

[Flashback]

"Gumising ka na dyan Byun Baekhyun. Pinatuloy kita dito pero nag bago ang lahat. I can't leave like this. Linisin mo to!!" she shouted

"Natutulog pa ako. Mamaya na Death." sagot naman ng binata na antok na antok pa.

"I want this place to be a house again once I come back, if not then I will send you to the jungle I will let you hide there instead." dugtong pa ng dalaga

He stand up right away na papungay - pungay pa

He then get a paper and wrote his number to it at iniabot kay Death

"What's this?" Death asked while reading whats on the paper

"It's my number, buy a mobile phone. Nasa makabagong panahon ka na Professor Death, Buying a phone wont kill you." sabi naman ng binata

But instead keeping the number, she crumpled it and throw it on his face.

"Yah!!!!" Baekhyun said.

"Yah??" Pag uulit naman ng guro.

"hehe.. Sorry." He said with peace sign.

Hindi na ito pinansin ni Death at nag mamadaling umalis.

Kaya ngayon, look at Baekhyun, in an instant, he became a Maid in Professor Death's House.

"What am I doing?" sabi naman ng binata habang nag ma-map.

"If my fans is seeing me right now, they might kill Death in letting me doing this." sabi pa nito.

He was able to finish in cleaning everything.

He was busy speaking with EXO on his phone.

"kamusta ka na dyan Baekhyun" "Hyung, I miss you" "Baekhyun don't even try to do something to Death" "Yah are you happy?" Baka masanay kang kasama si Death ha"

"What are you guys saying? Andito ako para mag tago sa mga reporters." sagot naman ni Baekhyun sa kanila.

"Baekhyun, gumagawa na ang management para makuha ka dyan. Mas maganda kasi na the reporters won't be able to know where are you right now." sagot naman ni Suho.

And then he heard the sound of the door, meaning ay may nag tap ng keycard at may pumasok

"Hyung, I'll end the call now. Dumating na amo ko." sabi naman ni Baekhyun ng pabiro

"How can there be a 'take' when there's no 'give'?...." "The world doesn't work like that" sagot naman ni Death sa kanya na nakatayo na pala sa harapan nya

"hahaha.. Bye Baekhyun. Hello Professor Death. Good night." sabi naman ng EXO and end the call

Pinag masdan naman nya ang bahay nya and found it clean as what she is expecting "good"

"Good? Mag hapon ko nilinis ang bahay mo." sagot naman ni Baekhyun.

Hindi na ito pinansin ni Death at dumeretso sa kwarto nya at doon lang napansin ni Baekhyun na may kasama pala ito.

"Wow, Byun Baekhyun of EXO. So Death is telling the truth." sabi naman ng lalaki.

"I'm sorry but who are you?" Tanong naman ng binata sa bagong dating.

"Sorry, I'm Kim Soo Hyun her Bestfriend." Sabay abot ng kamay nya kay Baekhyun na inabot naman ng binata.

"Tara na Soo Hyun." Sabi naman ni Death pag kalabas nya sa kwarto nya at dumeretso na sa secret place nya.

Sinundan sila ng binata but "Where are you going?" Death asked him habang nakaharang sa pinto.

"Wala akong kasama dito baka gusto mo akong isama sa loob." sagot naman ng binata.

"No. You stay here. We have important things to discuss and we don't need a celebrity inside." sagot naman ni Death.

Hindi pa man nakasagot si Baekhyun ay isinara na ni Death ang pinto at napabuntong hininga na lamang ito.

He decide to stay in the veranda. He did not saw that his been in there for an hour already.

Then someone put a blanket in him and saw Death that holding a coffee at iniabot to sa kanya "Did he go home?" the first thing he said

"Thank you." Death answered sarcastically

"ahhhh.. Hehehe.. Thank you.." sabi naman nito

"Yes he already went home." she answered

"Are you two close?" he asked

"I know him since he was 10 years old." Death answered

"You look so different with him. You smile, laugh and show your different side with him." Baekhyun said

Death saw on his face frustration, curiosity and sadness and that's where she answered "It was the side that I don't want anyone to see."

"Cause people will try to bring you down once they know your emotion. They sometimes attack you on how you react on situation." dugtong pa nito

"I know I had my ups and downs but I like my life that I am living, I have my fans, family and friends who love me and there is also you. I am very happy to meet you.." Sagot naman ng binata sa kanya.

He stared at her and continued " 'Live the life you have without hiding anything and you will then live peacefully.' I read that to one of your books. Its easy to say but it seems that its really hard to do."

Death stared at him too at inilapit ng kaunti ang kanyang mukha sa kanya "I can't really act the way I want to act, or say what I want to say all the time. And a lot of times, I cover that up with a smile but then smile also fade and just an emotionless woman left."

He answered her "Hiding is not the only way Death.. Whatever you do, people will always attack you, You have us, you have me. Like you just said, I am here with you. You can tell us everything, hiding will not resolved anything."

"Who's hiding now?" Sabi naman ni Death at ngumiti sa kanya. She stand straight and stared to the million stars above

They both smile and she said "Hiding might not be the way but its the only easiest way.. Like you, for now, let's hide and isolate our selves.. Let's expose our selves on the right time and I wish its not yet late.."

"Death, it will never be late.. Whenever you want to talk to anyone, let me know.. When the time that you feel you can trust me, please come to me and I will listen, I will then hide you from all of them.." He said with a serious face and a worried voice

"Thank you Mr. Byun Baekhyun.." sagot naman ni Death

They been so quiet for minutes when he remember Soo Hyun

"Ahhh.. Can I also be him, someone that can be close to you..." he said and look at her

Napatingin naman si Death dito and back to the stars.

"You can be the moon and still be jealous of the stars." sabi naman nito

"I'm not jealous of him" sagot naman ni Baekhyun na medyo defensive

"Someone that close to me? Why do want to be close to me?" sagot naman ni Death

"Nothing.. I just want to..." sagot naman nito

"Maybe" sabi naman ni Death at inabayan ang binata and tap his shoulder and went inside

Medyo nabigla naman si Baekhyun sa ginawa ni Death. "Is that really Death?"
