Healing an old wound 2

Alex was sitting beside Hephaestus who was looking at him while taking off her eye patch from her right eye which was the injured one.

Although she was afraid and concerned that Alex would look at her with disgust like the others but she ironed her will and took it off, she wanted to be healed from a very old wound that made her nights like hell.

Everyone around was silent while observing how Alex would heal Hephaestus's eye.

Melody who was sitting on her mother's lap was also looking at her daddy with her light purple eyes that glowed for a moment when she looked at her daddy's calm and cool expression, it was a gleam that anyone of Alex's wives would know if they saw it.

Anyway, finally she took off the eye patch revealing an eye that was so deformed and in a terrible state that if anyone saw it, they would look with disgust and compassion, which was something she really hated.

Although she didn't show it, but she looked at Alex waiting for his response while waiting for the others to hear them saying some words of compassion.

But to her surprise, Alex didn't look disgusted at all rather his expression turned cold for a moment which was something she noticed and the others too as they were looking at their husband with intense gaze, they were watching every of his reacts and movements.

Suddenly, he extended his left hand and held her cheek, caressing it tenderly while looking at her eyes.

'How much pain she had to endure because of this wound, her soul was already in a terrible state and the cause of this was an anti-god weapon.'

He knew the cause because he noticed some traces of anti-divine magic in her soul that could only be caused by anti-divine weapons.

Yes, with him touching her cheeks, he was looking at her soul, although it wasn't necessary, but he wanted to do it anyway.

Her soul was of a golden color mixed with red hue like her hair and eyes, but a part of her soul was so damaged due to the anti-divine magic.

"Your soul is in a very bad state that nothing or anyone can heal it, no matter the way, you won't be healed at all. The weapon that caused it was saturated with anti-divine energy making it so hard to heal," Introducing his conclusion, Hephaestus fell in despair and depression, she knew that her wound could not be healed, she tried it with the most proficient god in healing couldn't even help her and told her that she was a lost case.

The wound affected her deeply and reduced her power by half, although the wound was in her eye, but in her soul it was devastating.

Everyone felt so sorry for Hephaestus and Hestia felt sad for her dear friend that she was about to cry for her, but then, Alex said something snapping them out of their state.

"Well, unless we try another way."

Vine who already knew about her wound and how it was bad and terrible before Alex say it, spoke.

"What another way, dearest?"

"Simply, if I injected my energy through a special mean, I can control it to heal her soul and even get her power back."

"Although I can just heal her right now without any problems, but that is not efficient enough, for me at least. I prefer my work to be done perfectly without any flaws."

Hearing this, Hephaestus and everyone felt quite relieved and happy with what Alex said.

He didn't wait long before saying again.

"Okay, girls, I will take her for healing." Then stood up while extending his hand for Hephaestus to hold so she could also stand up.

"Take her? Where?" Mirellia said.

"Well, to a room? Alex looked at her and didn't know how to explain it but he decided to be frank about it.

"Well, for you to be healed perfectly without any side effects, I need to inject my pure energy inside you then control it to heal your soul,"

"Then what is the problem?"

"To inject my pure energy, I must be in a close physical contact with you so I can do it." He said without any nervousness in his tone.

"Then do it. You don't know how long I've been waiting and enduring the pain for every damn night for so many years and centuries." She growled in frustration.

"You sure?"

"Yes."

"Very very sure?"

"Yes, I'm damn sure. Just do it."

"Okay, don't come and complain to me later~"

"Why-" When she was about to say anything again, she felt a hand wrapped around her waist before being pulled to Alex where he sealed her lips with his.

She opened her eyes wide in surprise and shock as she didn't imagine him doing something like that, not even in her wildest dreams.

She felt his lips on hers that sent a sudden jolt of pleasure through her body.

She tried to resist and push him back but looking at his dark violet eyes that looked deeply at her made her shudder as it was so intense.

The kiss intensified as he pushed his tongue inside her mouth shocking her more as she felt something slippery exploring her mouth along with her tongue which made her feel so good and melt in his arms.

Although she didn't understand why he did that, but her mind was in a mess right now and decided to enjoy the moment while feeling something invading her body and soul but she shrugged it off and let it go inside her as she didn't feel any hostile intention from it.

Wrapping her arms around his neck she closed her eyes and enjoyed the most pleasurable kiss she had ever had in her entire life.
