Shiro ran back to the elevator doors, the elevator dinging behind him. He pushed the door open and quickly shut it as he rushed into the elevator. The elevator took a moment for the doors to close before they both started up towards Keith's apartment.

They were just barely out of breath but that didn't stop them from talking. It had been so long since they'd spoken about anything other than their training. "How's it going? Still doing okay at the Garrison?"

The elevator stopped in front of Keith's floor. Shiro walked through with Keith following him until they reached the door. "Yeah it's going fine, I think I got a pretty good score on one of my quizzes. How about you? You get all A's this year? What was your grade?" Keith asked.
