CH.7 Batman, and Sinestro's question

"Batman?" S questioned with a hint of excitement in his voice as he did not expect to see his second favorite character in the DC universe here, and unfortunately he was wary of him.

"Ummm Batman this guy knows you... And you said you didn't know any superheroes personally besides Superman?" Robin asked while questioning Batman.

As Robin said that, S could tell that he's already met Superman as expected but he didn't expect he didn't even know Diana Prince or the Wonder Women yet.

As S was deep in thought a group of thugs came walking in through the alley with a Joker mask on them as well as a couple of them with a mask tied around them with a rope who S assumed were Scarecrows.

"So Joker and Scarecrows minions are here huh, Mysterious green guy stay there and don't try to run... Or else." As Batman said that Robin was already in a fight with the thugs and Batman joined.

"(Or else what?)" As S thought about it a thug was about to stab Robin with a knife.

"WATCH OUT!" S Shouted as he flew a hammer at the thugs direction knocking him to a wall meters away.

As the battle ended Robin walked over to S and asked "That was sooo cool could I have one too then I wouldn't need a baton"

"Robin!" Batman yelled as he was still sensible to not trust the hero but as he said that S reassured him saying "don't worry I mean no harm but don't you have some business with those thugs over there I tied them up for you so I think a your welcome is in order."

As he said that Batman looked over and nodded "On any note who are you it seems you know us but we certainly don't know you?!"

*Sigh* "My name is the S or formally known as the 'Green Lantern'." S said now knowing why the original 'Green Lantern' disliked the Batman besides the fact to him fear was an ally, not a threat.

As S said that Batman's eyes widened and said "GET DOWN NOW!"

As Batman said this a green construct came from the sky blasting Batman protecting Robin.

As S looked up and saw a familiar face but with the opposite ring from which he knew...

It was Sinestro a purple alien with a villain stache.

As S was examining Sinestro who said "Most Intriguing not only can you already use the ring you can make constructs without tethers" hinting at the thugs tied up.

"Come on follow me, or you can ask to me to explain... Please don't." Sinestro said while still serious.

As S was about to go Robin yelled "Thank you for saving me when you come back from wherever that aliens taking you we'll welcome you to Gotham"

As he said this S thanked him and when they were in space Sinestro asked "Why do you trust me and how are you making constructs already?"

S noticed he was clearly avoiding the tethers and said-

"My 'Mom' or who was my dad was an alien like you. He raised me in a swamp saying he had a friend to protect him"

Before S could continue Sinestro said "he had this ring didn't he?"

S had come up with that excuse but didn't expect Sinestro to be so observant.

He nodded and said "Also for the fact that he had a fake version of the ring for me saying something about it being out of reach of the guardians control, whoever they are..."

Sinestro watched and listened closely noticing he could be lieing but couldn't tell.

"So you have this EXPIRED ring?" Sinestro question while raising a brow.

S reached into the pocket with the shattered remains of the SYSTEMS ring and showed it to him.

As Sinestro saw this he said "Fine now explain that!" he said while pointing to the same pocket that had the red lantern ring.

"My 'Mother' gave it to me saying when the 'Guardians', the 'Guardians of the universe', or his personal favorite to say 'Arrogant and Stupid blue dwarves in charge of the biggest police force' and to show them that he could have all rings saying I had master control over all of them though I don't know how many there are exactly"

As S said this Sinestro said enthusiastically "SO ANY RING!"

"Yeah but he said there were 8 rings but I think I can tell you there's 13 in total 3 of which are either not rings or not invented yet." As S said this Sinestro was going to prove further but it seemed they arrived.

"Heh I'm sure you'll tell the guardians but later come to me if you're still alive for a 'special project.' "

Now S in front of the guardians who were looking at each other and one said "We heard from 'Sinestro' about EVERYTHING, and now the main thing is is to put on that ring and if you can't control it... We'll kill you."

Surrounding green lanterns were discussing how someone could use 2 rings and then when S pulled out the ring they got ready.

S put it in his finger and the system said-

"---Now starting the red trial sequence please endure 3 minutes of pure rage 'pheromones'---"
