Dea Knows It

Farel squeezed his fingers guiltily, he kept watching the movements of Zulfa who was now making food for him --still trying to be a good wife after what Farel had done--. He felt like the dumbest man in the world considering what he had done to Zulfa, even if it wasn't intentional. He felt very sorry.

"Fa? No need to bother making me food, I don't deserve to be treated this well by you." Farel said with a sigh, he felt really bad. Zulfa has been hurt many times but remains faithful in fulfilling her obligations as a wife.

"Why? You haven't had breakfast, have you? Then let me prepare the food for you, as a wife, I should act like this." Zulfa answered in a gentle tone of voice and was a little careful because the corner of her torn lips still stung.

Farel's heart tightened for a moment when he heard Zulfa's answer which was so noble, he felt his chest tightening tremendously. How could he never see the kindness that Zulfa had only for him?
