Characters: Antoinette, Ruth and Wisdom

Antoinette returns from the market feeling very disturbed about what Agyeiwaa said. She walks into the kitchen to dish out lunch for Wisdom. Ruth enters the kitchen and meet Antoinette.

Ruth: Aaaah but when did you come? (Antoinette remains silent and lost in thought) Ruth calls her severally.... Antoinette,... Antoinette..... Antoinette. (She touches her)

Antoinette: Hey!!!! (Fear grips her) I'm sorry. When did you enter? I couldn't notice you....

Ruth: What is the matter with you?? I've been calling for a while now but you couldn't even hear me. Is everything okay??

Antoinette: Oh yeah everything is fine just that I was lost in thought.

Ruth: What is eating you up? (She holds her hands)

Antoinette: Like I said, I'm fine. I was only thinking about a few things. Don't worry. Nevertheless it's nothing serious. Anyways I've brought the stuff.

Ruth: Alright thank you dear. I'll be indoors. I want to help him with his medication.

Antoinette: Okay..... (She frowns behind Ruth) she thinks of what to do next... I'll get the meal dished soon?

Few minutes later lunch is ready to be served.

Antoinette: Hey!!!!! Everyone food is ready!!!! (She calls Ruth and Wisdom)

Wisdom and Antoinette join the table.

Ruth: Wisdom what do you say to auntie???

Wisdom: Thank you. The food tastes nice.

Antoinette: Welcome my boy. (She puts up a pretending smiles)

Ruth: Thank you Antoinette. (She smiles)

Antoinette: Oh come on what are friends for. Save me that stress.

Wisdom: I hope I will go to school tomorrow??

Ruth: Yes my boy you will?

Antoinette: Please, no more talking. Let's observe the table manners.

Ruth: Okay oooh nurse.

They all laugh... Antoinette continues meditating on her evil plot against Ruth and her family. She thinks of a kidnap plan on Wisdom. She talks to herself in the mind. I think I have to get some gangs to kidnap this idiot tomorrow at school.

Ruth realizes Antoinette is lost in thought and hits her.

Ruth: Hey!!!! Where is your mind?? What are you thinking about???

Antoinette: Oh there's nothing. (She pretends to smile)

Ruth: Please don't give me that look. Everything is not okay with you. I need to know what the problem is.

Antoinette: I'm fine.....

Ruth: Are you sure about that??

Antoinette: Oh yeah... I'm fine my dear. (She smiles)

Ruth: Well if you won't tell me its fine but I hope you will get out of whatever is eating you up.

Antoinette: It's nothing my sister. I'm okay..... (They all smile)
