Conspiracy (Part 5)
In the Death Forest within the densely packed area, a chubby individual sat on the ground leaning against a tree. His shiny clothes were dirty, and had blotches of dirt smeared on them. Normally he would have made an enormous blunder about his clothes becoming dirty but today he had a lot on his mind thinking about how Duke Gage will react.
Ceredic bit his fingers anxiously and kept thinking of backup plans. "All of this is happening because of the damn Physician!", he said grumpily. Although his original plan was ruined, he had no plans to give up on getting into Duke Gage's good graces, so he had to try his backup plans.
As Ceredic was in thought a shadow flashed behind the tree trunk appearing beside Ceredic with his sword sheathed and covered in blood.
