1. A Day In My Life

Brielle's PoV:

"Ever since Dad died, you'd been a whore" I confronted my stepmother, yelling. I couldn't bring out the next statement as a heavy slap landed on my face making me stagger. I held my cheeks which had already turned red, with my palm. It was from Ace, my stepbrother. My stepmother Bridgette had been leading the pack with her son since Dad died. The pack only kept growing worse as she spent most of the revenues and pack's money on getting jewelry and keeping up with other Lunas, different Alphas, and men in the pack, even Dad's beta slept with her. She disgustingly stared at me and a mischievous smile made its way to her lips. I stood before her, staring at Ace and he was looking so angry and ready to pounce at me. I hated him right from the time Dad went ahead bringing him and his stupid Mom into the pack after I forced him to get remarried.

"How about punishing her again?" She loudly and confidently spoke, flinging her two hands in the air. I was no longer scared of what she'd do because the worst was getting punches from her and her cowardly son.

All her threats didn't even move me as I stood mute, before her. She and Ace glanced at me but, I didn't panic. I took a step back and left the room. "WHAT!" She snarled. I banged the door so hard and was having the urge to run into the woods.

I left the manor and took the back gate exit that was used by the Alpha before he died. I transformed into my wolf form and ran my heart was pounding at the thought of what Evil Bridgette and Ace did minutes ago.

I finally made my way to a beautiful tree I sighted and sat on one of it's branches. Then, I transformed into my human form and I was naked, but I didn't care since I was the only one here.

It was cloudy and I knew it was going to rain but, I loved the woods more than the house where I was not loved. Thought of Bridgette and her son only angered me the more but, helpless me couldn't do anything about it.

As I was having my quiet time, it started to rain and I unconsciously jumped down. I wanted to stand but realized I couldn't. I'd sprained my ankle.

As a slow-healing wolf so,I couldn't walk at that moment. I instantly mind linked May, my bestfriend. But,she wasn't attentive. I sat under that tree,looking helpless and almost crying.

The rain was falling heavily and I was beginning to get cold since I was naked. I couldn't think of the best thing to do at that moment.

I was deep in thought until I sighted a young, brave looking, cute and handsome man approach me. From the aura he exuded,I knew he was an Alpha. He was walking towards me majestically and gallantly and I couldn't help but, stare at him, falling in love with his beauty.

Such a fair man,with jet-black hair,tall and so handsome. My innerwolf was f**ck** purring already. He was coming over to me but,I was marvelled, senselessly staring at him, forgetting I was naked.

He got beside me and took off his black coat and covered me up. He didn't look like anyone I'd seen in the pack but, he was so kind to me. I was a bit embarrassed, realizing how foolish I was to not even make attempts to cover my body.

"Thank you" I spluttered.

"You don't have to,lady. I understand" He smiled and I gasped seeing how cute he was.

He lifted me from the ground and carried me in the bridal style. His broad chest was just so admirable and I leaned my head as he carried me. We finally got to the pack's gate and I saw May, running towards us.

"Oh my days! Where've you been?" She was panting and then,she spotted my ankle. It was gradually healing already.

I felt bad how she didn't even thank or acknowldge the presence of the stranger in whose arms I was carried. I annoyingly glanced at her and then she realized what she'd done.

"Oh,pardon me. I'm so sorry, thanks for your help"

The stranger smiled and placed me on a chair, and I smiled.

"Thank you,sir" I muttered,feeling embarassed remembering he'd seen my nakedness.

" It's nothing"He turned and left. The pack guards at the gate were staring at us,all the while.

"Tell me, who's he?" May curiously asked. She's such a flirt and she always called herself a 'holy flirt'.

"Why don't you ask him by yourself?" I snorted.

I finally got up,seeing I'd already healed up. I walked into the pack and went straight to the house to face the evil Luna and her son's problems.

May came running after me, so, I stopped and gisted her a bit about how things happened when I was in the woods.

We both chuckled. It was getting late,so I rushed home, because I wasn't used to staying late at night and found Ace lying on the floor,drunk and unconscious.

I opened the main door to the house and he was lying before the door, drunk.

As I walked in,he staggered towards me and it only provoked me more.

"I want to have a taste of you,babbbbyyy" he shamelessly stated. I thought he was still coming at me with his jokes until, he grbbed my shirt and was giving me neck kisses.

I pushed him off,with my entire strength and ran with speed into my room. I burried myself in my bed and covered my body with my duvét cover. My heart was throbbing and I was bitter,filled with anger.

" Ahhhhh!" I roared. My wolf, Daisy was badly fuming and boiling.

I won't let him try this with me again. Never!!!!

I was sobbing in anger and bitterness till I slept off.
