The Magic Academy of the Reias Family

"We're here, the magic academy." - Angel

[The qi in here will be enough for Sofia to reach Soul Wandering realm.]

{As we were coming close to the entrance, Reias appeared in front of the entrance gates.}

[Was that a teleportation spell or something? But why did he suddenly appear now?]

"Sir Angel, have thought about my offer?" - Ferdinand Reias

"I'll accept your offer if you accept this child onto the academy as well." - Angel says in a stern manner

"Shall we discuss it in my office, sir Angel." - Ferdinand Reias

{As we walked through the massive hall of the academy, the sounds of magic spells clashing, student's chatting, and teachers teaching can be heard. The aren't any candles but there were lightbulbs instead, powered by a single invisible thread of mana connected somewhere deep inside the academy.}

"Hey, isn't that the man that defeated professor Clementine?" - random students

[They still haven't forgotten about that?]

"You've gotten quite famous after the duel you've had with Ms. Clementine, students have been asking the teachers about your identity." - Ferdinand Reias

"It can't be helped, students being curious is a good thing, they'll need curiosity in order to explore more while they're still young." - Angel

{We've entered the office and sat down.}

"Now then, about your elf child right there, is she your daughter?" - Ferdinand Reias

" She isn't my daughter, I only took her in under me. I came here because her talent obviously needs the right place." - Angel

"So your saying she's your disciple, we'll need to test her first just like the others." - Ferdinand Reias

"Test her then." - Angel

{We went to a room with an mana orb on the middle.}

[A mana capacity test, just like back in the guild application test.]

"I haven't asked her name yet, what's her name?" - Ferdinand Reias

"S-Sofia Prena!" - Sofia Prena says in a nervous tone

"Then Sofia, place your hand on the mana orb and inject some of your mana into it." - Ferdinand Reias

{Sofia then looked back at Angel as if she doesn't know how to do it.}

"Just imagine you separate mana off of your body, the same way I teached you how to spread qi." - Angel whispers onto Sofia's ears

"Okay!" - Sofia Prena

{Sofia released her mana onto the orb. The orb glowed very brightly but not as bright as Angel's.}

"This..! Has she achieved the third circle already!?" - Ferdinand Reias

"Circles?" - Angel

{Ferdinand explained, circles are rings of mana that circles around the person's heart as a person's mana develops and increases, giving them more power and access to powerful spells that requires large amounts of mana. There had been recorded that the most circles a person had are nine circles which came from the Reias's ancestor.}

"How many circles have you reached headmaster Ferdinand?" - Angel

"I have only reached the seventh circle because reaching the eight takes decades and resources." - Ferdinand Reias

"So does that mean she's accepted?" - Angel

"I'll accept her into the academy, she may begin tomorrow at the fifth class where she can learn with the students on her level." - Ferdinand Reias

"I've already accepted the offer so... Where do I begin?" - Angel

"You'll be teaching at the sixth class tomorrow as well where the newcomers are including the noble girl you had escorted here. You may use the room that you had used to rest here as your own office, while Sofia goes to the female dormitories." - Ferdinand Reias

"I'll go take my rest then. Sofia, go follow headmaster Ferdinand to your dormitory." - Angel

[I hope the students aren't like my sect trainees.]
