Secrets

Akira parked the bike and went towards the place where he smelled Bella. Mira also walked beside him and looked around.

This place was not crowded. It's not very good looking either. But it was okay for them.

Akira noticed Bella and the gang. He also noticed three new teenagers with her. Akira recognized them instantly.

It's Jacob and his friend.

Akira smiled and said, "Let's go, I have found my friends."

Mira nodded and followed Akira. Bella and others also notice Akira coming. Well, his unique hairstyle will always differ him from the crowd.

"Sorry for being late," Akira said with a smile.

"No, we also arrived a few minutes ago," Jessica replied.

Akira looked at Jacob and his friend confusingly. Bella introduces them. "He is Jacob, my friend, and those two are his friends."

Akira nodded and moved his hand towards Jacob for a handshake. Jacob and the other two, for some reason, feel reverence towards Akira.

Jacob hurriedly grabbed his hand as if afraid to make him wait. He even used both of his hands, and unconsciously, his body stiffened.

Akira uses his Aura manipulation to calm him down. The werewolf would always be like that towards him. And they didn't even phase. They were not even born yet.

Akira then moved his hand and introduced Mira. "She is Mira Wilson, My Cousin."

"Wilson, is she from your father's side?" Jessica asks. She suddenly apologised and said, "Sorry, I didn't mean to…"

Akira waved his hand and said "Nah it's fine. We both took our mother's family name."

Bella and others get shocked. Jessica then changed the topic and said, "we asked Cullens too, but they didn't accept."

"Cullens, don't come here." One of Jacob's friends said.

Akira looked at him and smiled. Bella looked at him confused and questioningly. Jacob smiled awkwardly.

Mira ignored all this talk. She didn't know the Cullens or whatever.

Akira said, "ok, let's go to the sea. Who is going with me?"

The boy moved into the gang and didn't look at Mira a second time. Because, after the first time, they felt dreadful whenever they tried to look at her.

Akira took off his T-shirt in front of the whole group. Everyone finally got to see his well-built body, which was hiding under those baggy clothes. The girls in the crowd gulped. Bella and Mira weren't any exceptions.

Akira then took off his pants. Don't worry, he was wearing two-quarter shorts underneath.

Akira looked at the bewildered crowd and said, "Let's go."

Everyone came out of their shock. Jessica and the boys join Akira on the beach. Bella and Mira stayed behind with Jacob.

Mira sat on a rock on the beach and looked at Akira surfing in the sea. She didn't know he was such a good surfer.

Jessica was cheering for him.

Bella and Jacob were walking and talking like the show. She got curious after learning the old legend of the tribe.

But now she has become more curious about Akira. Because she has seen his sudden change. How his hair grew white, and he also became tall in a single night.

Bella now looked at Akira with curiosity.

"See you tomorrow at school," Akira said as he said bye to everyone. Jessica would drop Bella at her house.

After the goodbye, Akira started the bike. But instead of going toward home, he took a different route.

Mira grabbed Akira from behind. Her hand was on his hard abs. It's because he keeps opening the button of his shirt.

Mira didn't ask where they were going. After a few minutes of driving, Akira stopped the bike. He then grabbed Mira's hand and said, "Close your eyes."

Mira looked confused, but she closed her eyes a little. Suddenly, she felt Akira's hand wrapping her waist. Her heart beat faster. Thousands of thoughts crossed her mind in a few seconds.

Suddenly, she felt a strong breeze. She opened her eyes in reflection and saw that they were then standing on a mountain cliff.

Mira was surprised at the sudden change of scenery. She looked back and around her. She can't see the road and bike anymore.

She looked at Akira and saw him smiling. She was even more curious and serious. She then wanted an answer.

Akira held her hand and took her towards the rocks. He sat at one and told Mira to sit beside him. Mira sat on the rock, but her eyes never left Akira.

Akira looked at the sea and said, "What I am about to tell you is very important. Can you keep this secret for me?"

Mira nodded her head. Akira looked at Mira and said, "I am a werewolf."

Mira looked at Akira with a poker face. After a few seconds, she laughed and said, "Really? Then, I am a vampire."

Akira continued to look at her without saying anything.

Mira stopped laughing after a few seconds. She looked at Akira's serious face, and suddenly, her eyes showed genuine shock and disbelief.

"Don't tell me, it's true."

Akira didn't say anything. Instead, he shifted his eyes and fangs.

Mira looked at his transformation with shock filled eyes. But for some reason, she didn't get scared. Even she didn't know she was so daring and courageous.

Mira moved her hand and touched his face, nose, and the side of his eyes and said, "So beautiful."

Akira was taken aback. He calmed her nerves for sure, but seeing him as beautiful was not something he could do.

Akira transformed back and chuckled and held her hand which was touching his face.

Mira looked at Akira and asked "did aunt know?"

Akira shook his head and said, "No, I haven't told her yet. I will tell her when the time is right."

"Then why did you tell me?" Mira asked.

Akira looked at her and then looked at the sea and said, "I don't know. I just wanted to tell you."

Mira looked at Akira for a few seconds and also looked at the sea.

They were close to each other as their arms touched each other.

Mira asks, "Since when?"

"Not too long ago."

They become silent again. Akira suddenly said, "You know, I always thought that you don't like me."

"Why?"

"Well, you stop talking with me, playing with me, or even running away whenever I get closer."

Mira's face turned red, but she also had a little sadness. She didn't say anything. She didn't want to tell him the real reason.

Akira grabbed her hand and asked, "Can you become my friend like when we were kids?"

Mira looked at Akira and was surprised by his sudden request.

Mira tightened her hand and nodded and said "okay"

Akira smiled and hugged her and said, "Thank you."

Mira's body stiffened, but she relaxed after a few seconds and hugged him, too.

They stayed there until sunset and talked about their childhood. Mira also started to get a little easier beside him.

But unknown to her, her attraction toward him started to increase rapidly like a fire in the wild.
