"Who are you supposed to be, then?"
On its own, it was a perfectly normal question to ask in this set of circumstances. A question that reminded the local Leo that this girl that his future self was so comfortable and familiar with was still nothing more but a stranger to him.
"You don't really have anything to worry about, Miss Margaret," Mei spoke softly before squinting her eyes, her lips twitching as she held back a small, only slightly forced giggle.
Yet, rather than just giving the answer, Mei actually took her time to first get herself up so that she would at least sit rather than sprawling on the floor. Only then, when she could properly face her counterpart, did she look at Margaret before lowering her head a bit.
