In the Kyoto region, Yasaka the leader of the western youkai faction was in her office signing political reports.

While Yasaka was doing his job, the door was opened.

"Hello lady Yasaka, I have finished the report you asked about the activities of the onis in these last years."

Yasaka tidy up his desk and tidy up his posture to answer, "Christie, all right, you completed the task much faster than I had imagined, give me your report."

"As you wish lady Yasaka", Christie placed a mountain of papers on Yasaka's table.

Yasaka seeing this just breathed with weariness, she began to visualize the report.

'the onis are a youkai race considered extinct since the great holy war, but somehow it was revived in those 400 years, but to this day no one knows who was responsible.'

'the only information we have is that onis are organized into 11 moons, 5 upper and 6 lower, but there are thousands of smaller onis'.

'today the onis are integrated with the east youkai faction, which is under the leadership of the higher moons council, but who does the administrative work and the upper 5-Tokugawa moon'.

'but this is the light that the onis want us to see, but in the darkness the onis have infiltrated most of the positions of power in the human world'.

'a tactic very similar to that of vampires when they offer immortality to power figures and demons when they offer to fulfill their desires'.

Yasaka reading this, sighed, "if only we had the opportunity to speak with their leader it would be easier to unify the youkais under a single government, so we could keep supernatural Japan strong against external threats...".

- current time -

Muzan was walking through a city that showed signs of urbanization, the industrial revolution was beginning to gain strength.

Muzan observed a table and sat down, "excuse me, could you give me some tea?"

The waiter promptly went to make the order, after a few minutes he came back with muzan's request, "here you are Sir, bon appetit ".

Muzan cordially thanked him, sitting down and having his tea, he began to observe the city clock that marked 18:00, it was beginning to dusk in the city of London...

In one of London's numerous alleys, a woman ran with a terrified look, her screams echoing in the darkness of London.

She ran aimlessly, until at one point she entered a dead end, when she turned to try to escape somewhere else, she was surprised by a man.

This man was holding a knife, and holding it he dealt numerous blows to the abdomen of the "beautiful lady ".

When the man saw what he had done, he ran, before anyone else came to the scene.

But what the man did not expect and that there was a witness, was muzan who was observing everything that happened from the beginning.

...

"The next day..."

Buck pass in whitechapel, one of London's slums, was crowded with policemen surrounding the area ina possible murder case.

A young man arrives at the scene of the crime and heads towards the police, "with official license, I am a journalist who works for the local newspaper, do you have any detailed information about the case?"

One of the highest ranking police officers replied, "so far what we have and that this is a murder case, the victim has been identified by the name of Mary Ann Nichols".

The journalist wrote everything in his notebook, "thank you for the official information."

London was bathed in terror, a few days have passed since the first murder and four more were practiced, the media echoed this through the newspapers.

Jack the ripper, a name that has put all of London in a state of terror, the infamous killer of women.

The police went out of their way to uncover the multiple murder cases and reveal the true identity of Jack the ripper, but time passed and the police were without direction in the case.

While Muzan was in a luxury hotel reading the newspapers, Jack the ripper has been the headline for quite some time.

Muzan could have acted before jack committed all of his murders and ended his business in London faster.

But if he transforms the Jack before he has committed the murders, it would not be the same thing.

Jack's mentality before and after the murders are completely different; one thing is an oni that crosses the line of morality for the sake of survival.

Another thing is someone who crosses that line for their own personal tastes and satisfactions, the resolution of these two cases are completely different from each other.

Muzan rose and went to the top of the clock tower in London, where he met a traditional British man with his hat and noble props. (imagine shuumatsu's Jack the ripper)

Muzan gives a traditional British greeting, "hello, I am Muzan Kibutsuji, what is yours?".

Jack observes muzan with his rainbow eyes, 'the color of this man... And a deep red that approaches the black, I had never seen anything like it'.

'is that the color a human should have?, it seems impossible to me, not even my color comes close to such cruelty'.

Jack reassembles and gives a greeting in response, "Lord muzan, my name is Jack, but may I ask... Are you human?"

Muzan hearing such a question just smiled, "interesting, you're the first to notice it so quickly, well I didn't expect less from Jack the ripper.

Jack hearing that his identity had already been seen by the other side just smiled, "Lord muzan, that's just a nickname, I'm just a gentleman."

Muzan's eyes shone in a mocking tone, "of course, but if I may ask, why did you stop the murders, did you repent?"

"Of course not Lord Muzan, observe the color of fear and one of my favorite hobbies, I would never regret doing what I like, but unfortunately the entire police agency is chasing me, which forced me to stop exercising my little hobby."

Muzan seeing the opportunity made a proposal, "what do you think of the idea of living forever and having the opportunity to do what you like without interruption".

Jack, interested in the subject, replied, "it would be a pleasure, as long as I can accomplish my hobbies without anyone chasing me, I have no objections."

Muzan pierced jack's chest with a finger and began injecting his blood. Jack soon began his transformation.

Muzan noting this reflected, 'Jack will occupy the post of upper moon 2, and best of all is that I don't need to erase his memories, he is a perfect oni.'

Jack's transformation was completed as he woke up, when he opened his eyes, muzan recorded the kanji of "superior moon 2" in both.

Muzan went into deep thoughts, 'after 400 years, finally the higher moons are duly fulfilled.'

'now I must return to Japan, I must meet Yasaka to formulate a unification of the youkais under a single government.'
