I can do magic!

After satisfying their hunger, Nagini and Aslan moved silently through the empty hall, the shadows swirling around them like living beings.

"It's hard to believe that someone could create spells capable of interacting with other worlds" Nagini said, her eyes wide with a mixture of envy and awe. A faint frown creased her brow, revealing her inner turmoil.

"Yes, even I wouldn't have believed it if I weren't experiencing it firsthand," Aslan replied, his voice calm but tinged with disbelief. He glanced away for a moment, his mind racing with thoughts. I'll never reveal the truth about my transmigration or the gacha, he thought. It's much easier to call it magic in this world.

Nagini sighed, her shoulders slumping slightly. "It's still hard to accept, even after witnessing it. Not even Voldemort was able to prove something like this, your ancestor was a genius" she said, finally stopping in the center of the room and turning to face him.

"Hmmm, but he is dead now." Aslan considered her words, his brow furrowing as he pondered the implications. "A lot of ancient magic has been lost over time. Perhaps there are still forgotten spells that others know which I don't," he mused, meeting her gaze with a thoughtful expression that gradually shifted into determination.

A brief silence hung in the air, heavy with their thoughts.

Nagini broke the stillness, her voice steadying. "So, what now?" Her curiosity sparked a glimmer of excitement in her eyes, and a hint of a smile danced at the corners of her lips.

Aslan's lips curled into a slight smile, a blend of encouragement and anticipation flickering across his face. "Let's test your new abilities. I also have a theory I want to confirm."

Understanding his intent, Nagini inhaled deeply, her expression shifting to one of concentration as she began her transformation. Scales shimmered from her hips, her legs gradually fusing together and morphing into a powerful tail. As she completed the change, a stunning lamia stood before Aslan, her dark robe cascading over her serpentine form, her gaze now fierce and commanding.

"How was the transformation? What did you feel? Was it any different from your previous changes?" Aslan asked, his eyes gleaming with curiosity.

Nagini furrowed her brow in thought, her lips pursed. "Hmm, not much different," she replied. "Though the form is different, the transformation felt similar to when I shift into a snake. Nothing particularly unusual."

"Try moving," Aslan commanded, watching her closely with keen interest.

Nagini complied, slithering gracefully across the floor. Her eyes sparkled with determination, though a flicker of apprehension crossed her face as she tested her new abilities.

"Any differences?" Aslan inquired, leaning forward slightly, his eyes narrowed in concentration.

"Well, slithering is easier in my full snake form," she admitted, her voice thoughtful. "This feels… unfamiliar. But maybe it just needs time. I'll adjust." A small smile broke through her initial uncertainty, hinting at her growing confidence.

"Hmmm," Aslan muttered, his expression a mix of intrigue and contemplation as he watched her, the corners of his mouth lifting slightly in approval.

"Next, try your snake form again."

As Nagini concentrated, her upper body began to shift along with her lower half. Her tail became thinner, perfectly complementing her upper body. As her robe fell away, a sleek dark green snake emerged, nearly eight meters long.

Slithering gracefully, she glided in front of Aslan, circling him slowly while rotating her body, covering him. Hesitating for a moment, she moved downward, thinking her weight might cause him trouble.

In her snake form, she was nearly eight meters long and weighed around twenty-five kilograms.

Aslan observed intently as she transformed back into her human form, a flicker of admiration in his eyes for her progress and adaptability.

As she completed her transformation, she appeared in her human form, but she was without clothes. This time her exposed body didn't provoke lust in Aslan's eyes; instead, it raised a question. Picking up her robe and handing it to her, he asked, "Can't you change your clothes during transformation?" He recalled McGonagall's transformations from movie.

Wearing the robe, Nagini replied with sadness, " Maledictus can't do magic."

"I think they can, but they can't control it," Aslan said after thinking.

He continued, "The ability to transform is magical. The Maledictus transformation is due to magic, which passes through generations as a blood curse. "

He paused, noticing her eyes focused on him. "As we know, the blood curse passing through your ancestors causes the transformation, forcefully changing you. I think this curse causes continuous use of mana, changing you, preventing reverse transformation."

Nagini said, "I don't understand what you're talking about."

Aslan sighed and said, "forget it ." He took a chocolate frog from his pocket and placed it on the floor. "Now, think of moving towards you, like wizards," Aslan said.

"But I can't do magic," she said in a natural tone, looking at him , couldn't understand the reason behind his action.

"Just try it," Aslan insisted.

Looking into his serious eyes, she turned her attention toward the chocolate.

She tried to move it, muttering, "Move it, move it, move it." But there was no response.

"See? I told you I can't do magic."

"Try it again. This time, believe in yourself, like you are a wizard."

"But they also need wands," she muttered while trying again.

Trying once more, but this time there was a response; the chocolate moved from its place. Slowly floating.

Her eyes widened. "I... I can do magic!" She looked towards Aslan, excitement bubbling within her. "I can do magic! I can do magic!" Tears filled her eyes as she realized her newfound potential.

" Yes you can" said Aslan, thinking, looks like my assumption was right, it's clear that the Maledictus can do magic but the curse prevent it, after having the ability to control the transformation freely they will be able to do magic, as for why they were not able to do it before permanent transformation, the only reason I can think is the curse was still active that time.

After permanent transformation is completed it loose it effect. Since she gained the ability to transform after during her permanent snake form she can now do magic easily.
