Chapter 25: Rushing into the Gunfire

Nanny Chen had just stepped out to dispose of the trash when she saw Jin Mo standing at the doorway, a troubled expression on her face.

"Miss Jin, what brings you here?" Nanny Chen warmly greeted her, seeming slightly surprised.

Jin Mo gave an awkward smile, "I was sick recently and it set me back a few days, but I can't forget my primary duties."

Nanny Chen looked perplexed, a hint of confusion in her eyes, "But Mr. Tang mentioned that you might not be coming anymore and asked me to clean the villa thoroughly, putting off any renovations for now."

Jin Mo's expression froze. What was Tang Yan up to, saying at one moment he wouldn't let her go and at another telling Nanny Chen that she might not come anymore?

So, he thought she would definitely not be able to withstand the difficulties and would give up this opportunity.
