More Trouble on the Way
Once all changes were in place for Sophia, Alonso Senior shifted his attention to Gabriella and Liliana.
"Let us not forget the dresses that will showcase the radiant beauty of my two other stars."
Matteo gulped.
"L-Let me present what our bride and her bridesmaid selected yesterday; they were to be sent to your mansion for final adjustments."
"Let us see them first," Alonso Senior said sharply.
With a gesture from Matteo, his two assistants brought out the dresses on the plastic mannequins and positioned them in the middle of the room for everyone to see. The wedding planner seemed to be holding his breath while Alonso Senior rubbed his chin thoughtfully.
"My beautiful daughters will look good in anything they wear," was the president's way of saying that he wouldn't alter the dresses.
"Fantastic!" Matteo clapped with joyful tears in the corners of his eyes.
