The Castillo small family of four were welcomed into the Valois mansion, and after one hour of sitting in the grand reception salon with them, Natalie understood why Alonso Senior wanted to make Alejandro a part of his family.
Elegant, polite, sociable, rich, and good-looking. These were the qualities Natalie associated with all four members of Sophia's in-laws.
Alejandro's father was a more approachable replica of Alonso Senior; Sophia's mother-in-law was all smiles while starting conversations with everyone including Natalie. Alejandro himself was artificial yet flawless. And last but definitely not least, Mariana—the young daughter of the Castillo family and the woman Alonso was supposed to marry—was just as lovely as they come.
