They reached the final step of the stairs when she began giggling to the point where she found it difficult to walk. Pausing, she started hitting his shoulder while he continued to make jokes.
"What? Are my father's assassins following us?"
Natalie gasped when he bent down to lift her up and throw her over his shoulder.
"What are you doing?" she laughed then gasped again when he spanked her behind. "Hey!" she objected with another laugh.
"Shh, you're making the assassins' job way too easy."
Alonso increased his pace eventually arriving at their room and placing her back on her feet. He began kissing her cheeks, moving down to her neck and then exploring the V-neckline of her black cocktail dress making his intentions clear to her."
"Alonso!" she called out, eyeing the door and waiting for her father-in-law to come in any minute to pick a fight with Alonso.
"You're the one who pushed that button, baby girl."
