Meanwhile, on the top floor of a high-class hotel in Country R.

Jiang Chen looked at the woman who was crying in front of him. His long legs were crossed, as his pristine white shirt was not wrinkled. He exuded an elegant and menacing aura. After settling down for five years, this man became even more outstanding.

Jiang Chen's assistant, Ming Ze saw that Tong Jingxian was crying the whole time and noticed his boss's impatience, so he immediately asked— however, he kept addressing her as Miss Tong instead of Madam Jiang.

"Miss Tong, so you're saying that this so-called top-class private hospital doesn't live up to its reputation at all? Even the doctors are phonies?"

"Yes, if I hadn't gone there myself, I wouldn't have found out that the best hospital in Country R, which is supposedly known as the capital of medical treatment, would be just an empty shell. 

"The young doctor's attitude was horrible. I only asked her a few questions, and she ended up scolding me. Did she think that I didn't understand her? She even said that she had never thought of treating Jiang Chen at all!"

Tong Jingxian added fuel to the fire and portrayed everything that had happened that day. Otherwise, she wouldn't be able to swallow her anger. As expected, when Jiang Chen heard this, his eyes turned malicious.

"What is the name of that doctor?"

"I knew that her surname was Bai, but she was very easy to find because she was the only Chinese medical doctor in their hospital."

Tong Jingxian couldn't wait to tell him the news. The viciousness in her eyes was as though she wanted to kill the other party immediately.

Jiang Chen's expression was indeed unsightly. He had had severe insomnia for several years. Recently, his condition has worsened. Even regular doses of sleeping pills were no longer effective. 

Insomnia combined with the long-term use of sleeping pills caused major side effects. His temperament became more and more violent. He even wanted to kill some people at one point. If his condition weren't so untreatable, Jiang Chen wouldn't have needed to seek the help of this particular hospital.

But what kind of doctor would think of not treating him?

"Ming Ze, go and investigate Dr. Bai Zhi. I want to see what her deal is."

Ming Ze nodded in agreement.

"Also, tell Shi Hao to come and see me." Shi Hao was the old hospital director.

Ming Ze accepted the orders and immediately headed out to handle them. When Tong Jingxian saw this scene, the corners of her mouth curled up into a smug smile. 'How dare the young doctor be arrogant toward me? Who does she think she is?'

Meanwhile, Su Zhi'en was extremely restless because of the woman she saw at the hospital that day. She did not look at her cell phone, nor did she realize that someone had called her multiple times. She had muted her cell phone.

The alarm clock rang at three in the morning. Only then did Su Zhi'en wake up to see seventy-eight missed calls. For a moment, she thought that she was dreaming. It was the hospital that kept trying to reach her.

Su Zhi'en was not from the emergency department, nor was she from the Western wing of the hospital. The hospital had never called her in the middle of the night before, but now she had seventy-eight missed calls. This could only be because of the woman from yesterday.

Thinking of this, Su Zhi'en instantly became determined. "Children, hurry up and get up. Let's go out for a trip today."

The two children narrowed their eyes and mustered up all their strength to struggle out of bed. Their little voices were soft. "Go out on a trip? Hmm? We're going out to play!"

When they realized what they would do, they immediately bolted up. Bai Yu'an asked, "Mommy, don't you have to go to work? Don't we have to go to kindergarten either? Where are we going?"

"We're going to Country H. I've booked all the plane tickets. Isn't this a surprise?"

Su Zhi'en answered her son's question while helping the two children to get dressed. They had to leave immediately. If not for the earliest plane ticket to Country H being at three o'clock in the morning, she would have left with her children at any other time of the day.

When the two kids heard that they were going abroad for a vacation, they were incredibly excited. They finished packing up in ten minutes and set off. At that moment, Su Zhi'en's phone rang again. It was her good friend Ba Wanling.

Before Su Zhi'en could speak, a clamor was on the other side. Her good friend, Ba Wanling's voice, was mixed in the middle of the clamor, "Oh my goodness, Bai Zhi, what happened to you? A bunch of people came rushing into your consultation room. The other staff members thought that those people were going to tear your office apart. It was so chaotic. Ba Wanling was skeptical. However, Su Zhi'en did not say anything else. Si Zhi'en hung up the phone, carried the two children into the car, and drove to the airport.

She was unlucky in everything she did. Finally, she managed to get into the queue, but the automatic exchange machine malfunctioned.
