A polite smile reappeared on my face as I looked at Flet.
"Yes sir," I said
A notification appeared on my map revealing the location of the goblin nest.
These weren't exactly hidden quests even though there are similarities. These quests are considered to be [Reputation] Quests as they increase reputation. Hidden quests themselves were an entirely different beast.
I bought some mana recovery potions for 250 Evergold and used [Dash] to head into the forest. After a bit I saw what I was looking for.
A pack of wolves.
These were for my quest from the quest board. The quest was to simply kill 12 wolves.
Using [Dash] I appeared in front of one wolf and pointed my staff super close to its head.
*BOOM*
[You've Killed [Wolf]{lvl 3}!]
[+25 EXP]
Using [Dash] again I appeared in front of another surprised wolf before using [Fireblast]. I did that exactly 2 more times before I let out a breath.
[Wolves Killed: 4/12]
"I'll kill some more later,"
Repeatedly using my [Dash] skill I quickly approached the destination. After 3 minutes or so I had made it in front of a cave. I then walked inside the cave and looked around to see glowing moss.
However, as I walked I heard some grunts and growls causing me to take careful steps. After I made it to an opening I saw many goblins. My mouth twitched before I activated my skill and aimed my staff at the goblins.
"Explode,"
*BOOM*
[You've Killed [Goblin]{lvl 2}!]
[+10 EXP]
[You've Killed [Goblin]{lvl 3}!]
[+15 EXP]
[You've Killed [Goblin]{lvl 2}!]
[+10 EXP]
As the loud explosion acquired I used [Dash] to appear back in my spot. Smoke rose in covering the goblin's vision.
Seeing that I couldn't help but let out a sigh "too bad I couldn't get the magic sense skill,"
To buy new skills I would need to leave the starter village and head to the first town. While I could leave the starting village at any point I wanted to reach level ten before I took on a hidden quest there.
"Grr,"
"Greeeee!"
"Gruuu!?"
The goblins seemed confused as an explosion seemed to be out of nowhere. Looking at my staff I couldn't help but internally sigh.
'I need a better staff'
Using my [Dash] skill again I appeared behind the group before I cast the fireblast spell. A loud explosion followed as I killed three more goblins.
[You've Killed [Goblin]{lvl 2}!]
[+10 EXP]
[You've Killed [Goblin]{lvl 4}!]
[+20 EXP]
[You've Killed [Goblin]{lvl 3}!]
[+15 EXP]
I then used [Dash] to appear in the air. The smoke covered the vision of the goblins so they were scrambling around but when I landed on the ground.
*Tap*
Hearing my feat tap the ground all of the goblins turned toward me. Their menacing red eyes turned toward me which reminded me of a lot of movies. They all then charged toward me however, I raised my staff and when they got close enough I used [Fire Blast].
[You've Killed [Goblin]{lvl 3}!]
[+15 EXP]
[You've Killed [Goblin]{lvl 2}!]
[+10 EXP]
[You've Killed [Goblin]{lvl 2}!]
[+10 EXP]
[You've Killed [Goblin]{lvl 2}!]
[+10 EXP]
[You've Levelled up!]
Smiling I looked at the pixelating corpses I looked around and found the crate I was looking for. I put it in my inventory and I also noticed that I only had 2 spaces left.
"Looks like I have to sell a few things,"
I then continued to walk into the cave. You see there was a reason I chose this quest first and it was because I could get [Evergold]. This was the currency of the Everdawn and the reason I wanted to accumulate so much wasn't because of the money feature but because of the hidden quest that I was going to take.
What I was going to use the [Evergold] for was to change my class. You could change your subclass at the church, however, you couldn't change your actual class. But these things were expensive as hell!
Thinking about the price I couldn't help but sigh.
'To bad I couldn't get the archer subclass when I made my character'
If I had done that though the glitch wouldn't have worked.
After a bit, I made it in front of 6 crates and opened them all.
[You've gained 350 Evergold]
[You've gained 239 Evergold]
[You've gained 140 Evergold]
Smiling I made my way out of the cave while smiling.
***
"Haha good job lad! I didn't doubt ya for a tiny second,"
Feeling Felt repeatedly slapping my thigh causing the smile on my face to twitch.
[+250 EXP]
After seeing that notification I looked at my status window.

Looking at the long list I chose the first one [Apprentice Mage Cloak] and [Magic Boots]. While I did have the [Dash] skill I probably wouldn't have long to use it so I needed something else to increase my speed.
And I wasn't going to waste a lot of money on some when I can upgrade them.
After equipping the stuff I let out a breath.
Exiting the store I then thought about my goal.
I needed to reach level 10 so I can go to the first town. In the first town, I could get a headstart on the hidden quest there.
"Well let's get to work,"
