MMORPG: Isekai World Online

It was the year 2030, in the modern era of humanity. A virtual game was released to the mass public known as Isekai World Online, It blew up in sales and its marketing campaign was extremely successful. People went into the game and enjoyed its play style, even the graphics were realistic. People questioned who made the game, as the company that supposedly created it has never been heard of by anyone, and their location is anonymous, but despite that, people continued to play it. Millions across the world enjoyed it, and its fan base continued to grow. The main character, Haruto Akechi, was one of the first people to play in the game’s beta before it released. He and a handful of players would grind the game and level up the highest they could go. However, everything changed for everyone once they logged back into the game, to realize the true intentions behind this game. For so long, people questioned why it was called Isekai World Online, but now they were bestowed with the truth. Their souls were trapped in the game, abiding by the laws of this new world. ____________________________________ Warning: Novel has LGBT stuff inside of it, extremely dark scenes, NTR for side characters, and other horrible aspects. Festival Gone Wrong

Hundreds, if not thousands of spells were being released, encasing the landscape in a dark miasma that decayed all lifeforms within its radius. If it wasn't for this miasma, then her battle would've been hard fought.

She dashed and weaved through the sky, evading every attack that came her way, and countering with another.

"What is that weapon? How are we losing to such a pitiful item?!" It was a Mind Flayer, expressing its frustration against its enemy.

There were hundreds of them together, using their psychic energy to attack the blue-skinned woman in the sky, who pitied them and their futile efforts.

"Pitiful item?" She lazily placed her hand against her hip, "The ignorance that the Mind Flayer Race utters is foolish, but then again, your kind was born a moment ago, weren't you."

"Your guard is down!!" Another Mind Flayer appeared behind her, expanding its arms as wide as it could go, attempting to hug her body and trap her in its grasp.

"Pity," She reached behind her and grabbed the Mind Flayer's face, "I wanted to test your race's limits, but my patience is running low. The only thing you pitiful vermin can do is attack me in the shadows like cowards."

"H-Help me… make her let me go!"

"How unsettling. A creature of your knowledge and strength is asking for help, it's almost comedy relief."

"She's crushing my skull… Aaaghhhh!!"

The Mind Flayer felt its head being squished, screaming in pain until its eyeball popped from its skull, gushing purplish blood from its eye socket.

The blood acted like acid, melting away everything it touched, but Emerald Lionheart wasn't affected in the slightest.

"Celestial Phantom, change form." The Fallen Angel commanded her Supreme Grade Equipment to change, and so it did.

This was a weapon that Emerald Lionheart wields. This weapon is unlike any other, despite its true form being a colorless and unremarkable orb.

Being a blank canvas itself, it grasps onto Emerald's Data Core to shift into forms that would idealize her powers into that of pure fantasy. Befitting of one that already bends the rules of the world to their whim like Equinox of Phantom Munity, Emerald Lionheart.

"Andromeda."

Calling out an unfamiliar name to the grotesque race around her, the Orb had transformed.

"Shield yourselves!!" One of the Mind Flayers shouted as they all conjured psyche barriers made out of energy.

"It's futile," Emerald muttered in prevail.

The Orb had changed into several chains that rattled through the sky, though it was only three until she increased its quantity, "Augment Magic!" By using Augment Magic, she brought the spell to its fullest potential, creating hundreds of them.

These chains represented that of the Chained Maiden of the sky. They could restrict and limit even the Divine. Creatures as monstrous as the Titans, the Hellhound Cerberus, and even the devourer of Gods known as Fenrir. These chains have been known throughout myths and legends to hold back these Godly beings and even limit their growth.

Those restrained by these chains will have their stats reset to base with no chance of escape. Think of it as a seal.

"What!?"

The Mind Flayers were terrified. The chains broke through their energy barrier and encased them in its confines, having them drop to the floor, unable to use any sort of magic.

"Change, Orion," Emerald muttered again, transforming her magical orb.

This was Orion. A form of a Bow from the Hunter that could rival even Artemis the Goddess of the Hunt.

"The lot of you have said to target my brother, mercy is far from gone"

Emerald grasped Orion, and pulled its string, manifesting an arrow.

With this bow, its arrows strike true and reveal the true nature of one's abilities. Each arrow has a purpose as there are three kinds. One that summons the might of Canis Major, a dog that rends physical bodies and renders exhaustion and fatigue to a level beyond movement. Two is one that summons Canis Minor, an arrow that rends magical bodies and purges the ethereal, returning them to their original source or plane. Three is an arrow that creates an opening and weakness in those without flaws.

Emerald was using the third.

"Augment Magic."

She increased the bow to its full potential, releasing upon the arrow.

It shot straight ahead until hundreds of others followed behind.

Orion was increased to its maximum output, aiming for the caged Mind Flayers.

They all chanted in their native language, scared out of their wits.

They knew they were going to die.

The Supreme Grade Equipment that the Phantom Mutiny had was no ordinary Grade.

They were modified, and given power to kill everything in the game, even the Gods.

Ghouls who could reincarnate are eliminated.

Mind Flayers who transcend life and death, and are reliant on the Hive Mind are permanently destroyed.

The Undead who cannot die due to already being dead, are annihilated.

Vampires who are said to live forever and cannot die from natural causes such as old age, illnesses, and all means of conventional death will be eradicated.

Elementals who are known to remain alive even after having their body sliced to ribbons, and transferring their soul into other objects will be killed.

Genies who are capable of regenerating indefinitely from severe wounds, be it limb, body, or even head.

And the Gods. Conceptual beings that can be destroyed by the Phantom Mutiny by annihilating their avatars, which also targets their true body in the realm of heaven, independent from the Multiverse.

"Farewell."

An unstoppable force, that's what this guild was.

They were undefeated across Terra.

The arrows rained upon the Mind Flayers, killing each and every one of them, skewering through their heads.

Their bodies slowly started to turn to dust, separating them from the Hive Mind that kept them alive.

Emerald scoffed at their demise, landing upon the ground, and holding the bow in her hand.

"Won't you look at that?" She said under her voice, gazing upon the hundreds of Snowflake crests hovering above the ground, "Maybe their deaths weren't so useless after all."

***

"Hohoho! Hohoho! Hohoho!"

"It's so goddamn annoying… I'm gonna break this thing in half!!"

Standing in the midst of a village was a large Santa robot, dancing on both feet and laughing to itself. Players were shown dead around their feet, blood soaking into the snow while their weapons eerily lay there.

"It's no ordinary robot, I can tell you that much."

Minegishi was shown next to Crimson, crossing his arms and analyzing the situation.

"No shit Sherlock. It just begs the question, should we take it head on?!"

"Hey, you're the guy who single-handedly defeated the Red Primordial." Minegishi shrugged, "You decide. I'll go find another enemy."

"Hey, what the hell Kuma?! Now all of a sudden you're switching up on me?"

"Despite our situation, we're still in a festival going up against each other. Teamwork is useless."

"Asshole!" Crimson grunted, crossing his arms, "Why did he have to be right?" Sighing with his head dropped low, he started getting irritated with the robot in front of him.

The Dragonic frowned, lifting his hand into the air, saying, "Enough with your cliche ass laughing! I'm gonna turn you into scrap metal, piece of shit!"

"Hohoho! Hohoho! Hoho…ho… Ho…ho…ho." The robot slowly stopped dancing as its laughing came to a halt.

Its eyes pierced Crimson's soul like daggers, staring directly at him.

"You've been naughty. Very very naughty."

"Oh, so you can talk? About time… I was getting tired of that annoying ass laugh!" The Dragonic grinned, gripping his Moonblade with both hands, "I'll do you worse than those poor fools you killed. Give me your best shot!"

<Challenge alert — Challenge alert.>

"Eh?" Minegishi turned around after his field of vision was warning him of a challenge, "Crimson, what the hell did you do?!"

"I don't know!?"

<Challenge alert — Challenge alert.>

"This doesn't sound good… not good at all." Minegishi ran back to Crimson, positioning himself.

<Summoning Primordial Planet, Verglas. Initiating the ultimate challenge for all players, Frost Division.>

"Shit, did I accidentally start a boss fight?"

"No… you did worse."

"Damnit… why do we always get the bad end of things?" Yelled Crimson.

"Look on the bright side, we aren't the only ones this challenge will be affecting."

Crimson glanced to the side, lifting his brow, "That's nothing to be happy about!?"

"There's always a positive to a negative…"

The Cold snowy sky would suddenly vanish, revealing the light blue sky in all its glory. The snow disappeared, and the clouds suddenly evaporated like mist, until something horrifying took place.

Across the horizon, a massive floating face could be seen rising from the hills.

It eerily laughed, resembling the face of a snowman.

This was the Primordial Planet, Verglas.

The planet that represented Christmas only came around during the holidays.

Upon its appearance, snowmen started forming from the ground, carrying swords, axes, and daggers, while small gnomes popped out of the snowy terrain, mischievously laughing.

They were surrounded with nowhere to go.

Both of them had a nervous sweat, gritting their teeth together in frustration.

"I hate Christmas." Said Minegishi.
