As soon as we opened the secret entrance, we were faced with Lavinia's sword. And when I say that we were faced with her sword, I mean that we were faced with a full fledged attack by one of the best swordsperson of the entire continent. Luckily for us, we had the one of the best mages that this continent has to offer, so we were able to escape from the said attack unscathed. However, to be honest, I don't even wanna imagine a scenario where Jerome isn't with us because we would definitely be dead in such a case.

"What the! What in the world are you guys doing here?" Lavinia who looked extremely surprised, asked.

"We were in dire need of meeting you and this we had no choice but to enter through the secret passage." I replied.

"You know, there has not been a singular movement that came out of the passage for a very long time now and to suddenly see movement like that, I had no choice but to treat you like an enemy." Lav shrugged as she spoke.
