Chapter Twelve: Vengeful Ambitions

"Hey Roger, I need to talk to you about something" Jeff said to Roger as he entered the dorms.,"Yeah what is it?" Roger says as he and Hagakure are about to enter their room. "It's something only we can talk about and it's about paying you know who a visit" Jeff says as he pulls Roger aside. "I have a feeling that tonight is the night where we can finally get rid of All for One" Jeff says as he tries to explain his idea to Roger. "We can use observation Haki to sense where he is, and when we find him we go full power from the start and not give him any time to react at all, After we beat him we can single handedly take him to Tartarus where they can deal with him there" Jeff says excitedly. "It sounds like a plan but what if All for One is stronger than we expect him to be, plus how do you know if this is going to work" Roger asks Jeff as he thinks about it for a second. "You might be right, So if anything happens we call Xero as our backup" Jeff says as he walks over to Xero. "Sorry Momo, I'll need to steal your husband for a sec thanks" Jeff says as Momo turns red. "H-he's not my husband yet" Momo says as Jeff pulls Xero where he and Roger were just talking. "You better have a good reason for pulling me away from my wife" Xero says tiredly. "So I came up with an idea that will help us track down All for One '' Jeff says as he explains the plan he came up with and the concerns Roger gave. "That's why we need you as backup," Jeff says as Xero thinks it over. "In theory this could work but you'd need 100% coordination and Accuracy with all of your hits if you even want to attempt this. If you planned on tonight then you'd surely fail, even though you two have fought together for a while now it takes even the closest of people years upon years to completely synchronize their attacks,much more in a heated battle. I might be able to cut that down to a week with my quirk but that's assuming you two are relative in strength and speed and everything else,if not then it would be a waste of time to even attempt this" Xero says as Jeff and Roger look at each other. "I think we are but we'd have to spar to figure that out,but if we are then a week sounds good, but it's up to you Roger, I don't want to drag you into anything you aren't sure about anymore what's your take on this" Jeff says as Xero and Jeff look at Roger. "I'll need some more sleep before i can think clearly but i'll give you my answer when i wake up" Roger says as he walks into the room Hagakure is in and goes to bed. "Tell me when you guys have come up with an answer,otherwise it's a no go from me" Xero says as he goes back to sit with Momo Jeff then goes to his room where he sits on his bed and racks his brain on another plan. "Damn, This is a lot more complicated than i thought it would be,How are we supposed to even fight him now that i think about it,he has so many quirks and so many possible outcomes that go into his favor" Jeff says as he sits at his desk trying to draw out a plan. "You okay over there babe?You look like something is bothering you." Jirou says as she walks into the room seeing Jeff stress over a plan. "Oh hey, i'm just racking my brain over a plan to take down All for One, but as you can clearly see it's not working so much in my favor, i can track him down but the hard part is fighting him,he has so many quirks and i've been told that he is stronger than usual so that makes it even more complicated" Jeff says to Jirou as she hugs him from behind. " Hey,don't stress, the idea will come to you when it comes, but as for now relax, fighting All for One isn't your job but if you are right about him being stronger than usual" Jirou says as she explains to Jeff about All for One taking the Awakening drug. "After getting his grimy hands on that drug he became stronger, i don't know if the drug awakened all of his quirks but we definitely know that he's stronger than All Might, he was able to handle and even put All Might to the ground in two strong attacks" Jirou says as Jeff gets an idea. "Jirou you're a genius!" Jeff says as he kisses her and runs out of the room to search for Maddix who was with Tsu. "Well that certainly did the trick of cheering him up" Jirou says, surprised at Jeff's reaction. "Maddix, I need to talk to you right now!Sorry about this Tsu but we need to talk alone right now" Jeff says as he drags Maddix to his room. "Okay,i need you to tell me how the awakening drug works down to the very iota of the effect it has on a quirk user!" Jeff says as Maddix tells him to slow down. "Sure but why do you want to know?" Maddix asks as Jeff tells him the plan. "So for starters I need to know if the drug would awaken multiple or single quirks if a person has more than one. Say Nomu's for example, would the awakening drug awaken a singular quirk they have or would it boost all of their quirks" Jeff asks as Maddix draws an example to explain it better "So the way the awakening drug works is boosting everything about that person or thing in the nomu's case, so in theory it would boost all of their quirks" Maddix says as he draws out the example. "Okay. thanks. I'll text Roger this, but he won't see this until later," said Jeff excitedly. Later that day Roger woke up as he saw a text from Jeff. "Meet me at the training area,bring your sword too. We have some training to do and I have intel" The text said as Hagakure woke up. "Whatcha doing?" Hagakure said tiredly. "I'm going to train with Jeff,we have some stuff to talk about" Roger said as Hagakure got flashbacks of two days ago. "No!" she yelled as Roger looked at her confused.  "Sorry. Just promise me,and I mean promise me that you guys are training and nothing more,because if i hear that you guys are trying to kill each other again because so help me god i will turn your build driver invisible and chuck it into the sewers!" Hagakure said in an angry tone which slightly worried Roger. "Yup,just training, and no need to threaten my build driver babe.haha" Roger said nervously as he grabbed his build driver and his sword.  "Good now go on and have a great day,love you" Hagakure said as she began to push him out of the room. "She can be utterly terrifying when she wants to," Xero said as he spooked Roger. "Ah, don't scare me like that,and yeah,the crazy part is that she can actually do that and I'd only find out until it's too late," Roger says as they begin to walk down to the training area where they find Jeff teaching Jirou how to use a sword. "Hold it with your two hands above one another on the hilt and swing" Jeff says as Jirou nearly cuts him.  "Not so close to my face please" Jeff says as he notices Xero and Roger. "Take five babe" Jeff says as he goes to greet them "What's up guys,and have you come up with an answer Roger" Jeff asks as Jirou hands him his other sword back. "Hey Xero you should bring Momo down here to train,I actually haven't gotten to train with her yet the entire time we've been friends" Jioru says as Xero makes a clone to go get Momo. "Great idea" The Xero clone says as he runs to go and get her. "Momo. Wake up. MOMO. WAKE UP. AAAAA" said Xero's clone. "What is it?" asked Momo in a tired voice. "Wake up. Grab a brush and put a little make-up. Hide the scars to fade," said Xero's clone as Momo interrupts him. "Stop being like System Of A Down. What do you want?" asked Momo. "Jirou wants you to train with her," Xero's clone said. "Okay. Tell her here I come," said Momo. "Okay," said Xero's clone as he rushed to Jeff's room. "Hey Jirou, Momo said she's on her way," said Xero's clone. "Okay," said Jirou. "Okay y'all. Here's the plan, So that you two can synchronize while fighting, I'll be your opponent" Xero said as Roger and Jeff prepared to fight. "Oh and to answer your question, yes, if we can be perfectly synchronized completely in a week then we can actually do something against him" Roger says as they both draw their swords and activate their haki. "Since we're supposed to be going full power from the start I might as well experiment a bit" Jeff says as he activates his Joker mode. "What would happen if I push this mode past it's normal limits?" Jeff says as he closes his eyes to try and use more of the Joker's strength.  "Just a little bit more!" Jeff says as his teeth become sharper and green smoke comes from his mouth. "There we go!" Jeff says as he stabilizes the form,he then opens his eyes to reveal that both of them are bright green.  "Umm dude,you're still you right?" Roger says as he's seen what happens when the joker is let loose. "Of course it's me" Jeff says as his Haki reacts with the new power up. "What the?" Jeff says as his Armament Haki grows from his forearms to his shoulders covering his entire arms. "First time we saw that sword do that," said Roger as Jeff's sword began reacting with the strengthened Haki. The sword had black and purple Haki energy spiraling around it. "Yeah,I've never seen it do that before,maybe it's because my Haki is stronger because of the new form" Jeff says as he comes up with a name for the advanced form. "I'll call it Joker mode stage two" Jeff says as he then readies himself. "You better be able to keep up Roger,I don't know how much stronger your sword is," said Jeff. "It looks better. My sword, transformed, looks like a pen with comic book panels on it. When I'm not transformed, it looks like my leg. My freaking leg," said Roger. "In any case we should start now, Roger go ahead and transform to your strongest form since Jeff has his form activated" Xero says as he pulls two rubber chickens out of thin air. "Got it?," said Xero as everyone looked confused. "Bro. Why you got two rubber chickens?" asked Roger, confused. "Oh, I'll show you then" said Xero as he blitzed behind Jeff and hit him with the rubber chicken, sending him sliding across the floor into a support beam. "ack,in hindsight I should have seen that coming" Jeff says as he stands up. "I'll spar with Xero while you figure out your strongest transformation Roger" Jeff says as he then blitzes in front of Xero as he pulls out his other sword as the same effect happens with this sword as with the first one. "Since you're dual wielding it's only fair if I do too!" Jeff says as he clashes with Xero  who quantifies  the boost in power Jeff received from the form "Gravity Blade!" Jeff yells as both of the swords gain a purple glow to them as he begins to push Xero back at a rapid rate "This form is amazing! Combine it with my Haki and Gravity blade and there's nothing I can't do!" Jeff says as he sends Xero back. "I think I got it now," Roger says as he transforms into his NinNinComic form. "Here I come," Roger says as he dashes behind Xero. "Nice sword. Mind if I block it?" said Xero as he blocks Roger's attack. "Coming through" Jeff says as his body flickers due to the speed that he's moving at. "Five times boost in strength and speed" Xero says as blocks Jeff's attack with his second rubber chicken. "You two are attacking consecutively but not at the same time,Jeff is much faster and a bit stronger than you Roger so that's where you need to improve,and as for you Jeff, Master that form and try to make an attack that completely stops my movement. All for One will eventually adapt to this fighting style sp you need to keep him from doing that" Xero says to the two as they stop fighting. Jeff then drops out of his form. "Phew,that takes a lot of stamina to maintain" Jeff says as he wipes sweat from his forehead, we then cut to Momo walking with Jirou to the training bay. "Hey guys, don't mind us, we're just going to train over here" Momo said to the boys who finished sparring. "Okay,Just don't pull a muscle while you're over there" Xero says as he then turns his attention to Jeff and Roger. "You guys should work on combos, it's a great way to maximize your synchronization, and to help with that every day you train i'll connect your thoughts so you guys can be on the same page" Xero says as he does just that. Xero then makes two more clones,one goes with Jeff to help him master and stabilize the form and strengthen his Haki, and the other goes with Roger to help him build up his speed to match Jeff's form. We then cut over to the first Xero clone who's helping Jirou and Momo train "Try these" Xero says as he creates a hero assist item for Jirou "gloves?" Jirou says as Xero turns them over to reveal the speaker side of the gloves "This should allow you to maximize the range of your sound blasts,They should also allow you to control the volume of each blast." Xero says as he hands Jirou the gloves "And as for you Momo, since your quirk is more like mine you'll need a way to build things on the spot,so here is a building manual of everything in the world" Xero says as he creates it and gives it to Momo "This has over a thousand pages!" Momo says as she sulks "Well look on the bright side once you know what everything is you'll be able to make anything and everything known to man so we won't have to worry about spending money again" Xero says as he walks back to the original Xero "All done here boss" The clone says as he merges back with the original. We then cut back to Jirou and Momo as Jirou challenges Momo to a small sparring match "Well since we're already here we might as well have a go don't you think" Jirou says as Momo puts the book down and creates a  prepares to make a boxing ring and boxing gloves "This might take a minute" Momo says as she reads the book to figure out all the parts of everything. Around twenty to thirty minutes later Momo taps Jirou on the shoulder "Here ya go" Momo says as she hands her boxing gloves " Rings all finished" Momo said as Jirou grinned "Nice,we should probably get changed though,don't want to get my gear all sweaty" Jirou said as they went to the female locker room. Xero then teleported back to the training area so he could hang out with Momo "What is this, I should probably ask her when she gets out of the locker room" Xero thinks to himself as Jirou and Momo come out in shorts and white T-shirts "hey Xero,come to watch Momo get absolutely washed in boxing?" Jirou says as she hops into the ring "Nope quite the opposite,I came here to see Momo completely dominate in anything she does" Xero says to Jirou as Momo Hops into the ring "Aww,But he's right,this is going to be one sided, So lets make sure that we're still friends before and after this match" Momo says as she takes one of the gloves off to shake Jirou's hand "Of course" Jirou says as he does the same. "May the best woman win" Momo says as they put their gloves back on. Xero then snaps his fingers as his outfit changes into a referee outfit, a microphone then appears in his hands as he then begins to shout "Ladies, Gentlemen, And everything In Between, Are you ready to rumble, In this corner, standing at roughly 135 pounds Kyoka Jirou" Xero says as he swings over to the corner Momo is in ."And in this corner, standing at roughly 140 pounds Yaoyorozu Momo" Xero says as he then holds the mic close to his mouth as he takes a deep breath "LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE" Xero yells as he steps out of the ring. "No quirks allowed by the way" Xeor says in both of their heads. The two girls begin to circle around each other as Momo throws the first punch hitting Jirou with a right hook making her back up, Momo then continues further as she throws another punch connecting with chin putting Jirou in a corner. Xeor then makes a cemetery table with two clones as they pick up mics and start doing commentary "Ooh,did you see that one, Jirou talked a big game before hand but now she is in the corner completely at Momo's mercy" The Xero clone says as Jirou puts her guard up "Thought i was gonna get demolished Jirou?"  Momo says as she teases Jirou who then ducks under one of her punches and strikes back with one of her own "Ooh,that was a stinger right there,did you see that one folks, Jirou capitalized off of Momo's banter and ducked under as she stung her with a right hook straight to the mouth, we have a fight on our hands folks" The second Xero clone says as Jirou starts connecting some of her punches. "Right hook,left hook,then an uppercut," Jirou thinks to herself as she follows the plan in her head, "Dang,she can really throw down" Momo thinks to herself as she's backed into a corner "TIme to sting her one last time" Jriou thinks to herself as she punches Momo in the mouth busting her lip. "Oh my god,im so sorry,i didn't mean to" Jirou says as she helps momo to the edge of the ring "It's fine, i know,Xero can you get me some water over here " Momo says as the original Xero brings two water bottles and a stool for Momo to sit down on "You throw one hell of a right hook Jirou" Momo says as she takes a drink of water,Xero then creates a bucket for her to spit the water out in. "Pleh,alright i think it's safe to say she won the round" Momo says as she hands the second water bottle to Jirou ``You should probably get Jeff over here so she can have a ringside assist too" Momo says as Xero teleports Jeff  to Jirou's ringside "I will never get used to that" Jeff thinks to himself as Jirou walks over to him from the ring "Hey babe. Wanna be my ringside assistant/coach for me" Jiou asks Jeff who agrees. "So what you want to do is bob and weave,try to minimize the amount of hits you take, damage isn't all so try to tire her out then strike,she swings you duck then sting her" Jeff whispers in Jirou's ear as he rubs her shoulders. "Float like a butterfly,and sting like a supersonic bee" Jeff whispers in Jirou's ears as Xero creates a bell and rings it. Aizawa then walks in with a stack of papers  "Alright,that's about enough of that" Aizawa says as he hands each of them a paper "What's this?" Jeff says as he looks at the paper "Invitation to the NightEye Agency." Aizawa says as he rubs his eyes "The who agency?" Jeff says as Xero explains who Night Eye is "He's one of the top agencies in japan,run by the hero Sir NightEye,he was one of my mentors when I was becoming the world's number one, he was also good friends with All Might but they had a falling out for some reason but his agency is no joke" Xero says as he snaps his fingers turning the training bay back to the way it was before "I'm glad that you know him because he specifically mentioned something that you should know, so when you go and meet him you two will need to talk" Aizawa says as he begins to walk out of the training bay "Hey what about our match" Jirou says as Xero looks at her. " You guys will have to finish it another time,this is far more important than you guys' boxing match" Jirou says as he follows Aizawa. "If it's so important that Xero seems on edge then I should probably look into this after  we fight All for One" Jeff thinks to himself as he and Jirou then walk to the dorms as Momo runs to catch up with them. "Wait for me" Momo says as she runs up next to them.
