Haruto Takahashi was not your average teenager. At the age of 14, he had already exceeded all expectations, both in terms of physical fitness and sharp thinking. Years ago, he had managed to copy Bakugo's explosive Quirk and had secretly mastered it to a degree that Bakugo himself couldn't rival. Additionally, Haruto had obtained a minor healing Quirk, which he used judiciously to keep himself in top-notch condition. Thanks to his rigorous training, his physique was nothing short of awe-inspiring. His eight-pack abs, sharp jawline, and intense eyes gave him a godlike appearance, making him stand out effortlessly.
But Haruto's calm demeanour hid his sharp, calculating mind. Every word he spoke, every action he took, and every bond he formed was part of a larger, carefully crafted plan. He was fully aware that the world is not a fair place and that strength alone wouldn't be enough to succeed. Influence, he believed, was just as crucial. His ability to subtly manipulate people—without them even realising it—had become a skill he wielded like a weapon.
When Haruto joined Izuku Midoriya's school, he immediately saw the potential in the Quirkless boy. Izuku's sharp mind and his determination were traits Haruto deeply respected. He decided that Izuku deserved his protection—not just out of kindness, but because Haruto foresaw his value as an ally in the long run.Sitting beside him in class, Haruto quickly became his friend.Anyone who dared to bully Izuku soon learned the hard way why that was a bad idea.
For the first time in years, Izuku experienced a life free from bullying. This gave him the mental space to focus on his new passion: support gear design. Haruto quietly encouraged him in this direction, often sharing ideas and guiding him. "A Quirk isn't everything," Haruto would say in his calm, assuring tone. "True power lies in how you use what you already have. Find that, and you'll be unstoppable."

One bright and cheerful morning, Aldera Junior High announced a school trip to a nearby nature reserve. The students were thrilled at the prospect of breaking free from their routine, and the bus was filled with excitement as it weaved through winding roads. Haruto and Izuku sat together as usual, with Izuku animatedly sketching his latest designs for support gear.
"What do you think about this one?" Izuku asked, showing Haruto a detailed drawing of a grappling hook mechanism.
Haruto studied it thoughtfully, tapping his chin. "The concept is solid," he said after a pause. "But if you adjust the angle of the claws and use a stronger metal for the joints, it'll last longer."
Izuku's face lit up. "I didn't think of that! Thanks, Haruto!"
Haruto gave a small smile. "That's why I'm here."
Once they reached the nature reserve, the students were divided into groups to explore different trails. Haruto, Izuku, Bakugo, and a few others ended up in the same group. As they walked, Bakugo said in a loud voice "Come on, you slowpokes! At this rate, we won't finish by nightfall"
Haruto, ever calm and composed, didn't react to Bakugo's outburst. "Relax, Bakugo. We're here to enjoy the trip, not set a new speed record."
Bakugo glared at Haruto but didn't argue. Haruto had a way of commanding respect with his composed demeanour, even from someone as hot-headed as Bakugo.

On another trail, students from a neighbouring school were also exploring the area. Among them were Jiro Kyoka and Denki Kaminari, who were deep in conversation when they accidentally bumped into Bakugo while rounding a corner.
"Watch where you're going!" Bakugo barked, sparks flying from his hands.
Unfazed, Jiro crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow. "You're the one who wasn't looking properly."
Denki, ever the peacemaker, quickly stepped in with his hands raised. "Let's not create a scene, alright? We're here to have fun."
But Bakugo wasn't one to back down. He stepped forward, ready to escalate the situation, when Haruto smoothly intervened. Placing a firm hand on Bakugo's shoulder, he said in an even tone, "Enough, Bakugo. This isn't the place for such behaviour."
Bakugo hesitated, glaring at Haruto, but eventually backed off with a scowl. "Tch. Fine."
Haruto then turned to Jiro and Denki, his expression softening. "Are you alright?"
Jiro looked him over, her tough exterior giving way to curiosity. "Yeah, we're fine. Thanks for stepping in."
Denki, visibly relieved, grinned. "Yeah, thanks a lot! You handled him really well."
Haruto nodded. "It's nothing. Let's move on."
The groups decided to explore together, and as they walked, Haruto observed Jiro and Denki keenly. He found Jiro's sound-based Quirk fascinating and Denki's electricity Quirk full of untapped potential. Without drawing attention, Haruto copied both Quirks, filing them away as tools for future use.
By the end of the trip, Haruto had built a connection with Jiro and Denki. They exchanged numbers, and Haruto made it a point to stay in touch. Over time, the three became close friends. Haruto appreciated Jiro's sharp wit and musical talent, which perfectly balanced Denki's laid-back charm and raw strength. Together, they formed a strong, complementary trio.
Meanwhile, Haruto's bond with Izuku continued to deepen. Izuku, inspired by Haruto's constant support, dedicated himself fully to his dream of becoming the world's first Quirkless hero. Haruto, in his quiet and measured way, steered him along this path, knowing that Izuku's success would ultimately benefit his own plans.
---
Haruto's ability to subtly influence people was unmatched. With Bakugo, he used carefully chosen words to maintain control—balancing between subtle praise and veiled warnings. This kept Bakugo from spiralling out of control without openly challenging his volatile nature.
With Izuku, Haruto played the role of the steadfast friend. He offered encouragement and guidance but also planted seeds of ambition, nudging Izuku to dream bigger and aim higher.
With Jiro and Denki, Haruto's charm and attentiveness earned their trust. They saw him as dependable and wise, never realising that his actions were always carefully calculated.

As months passed, Haruto's relationships deepened. His bond with Jiro grew particularly strong .Though neither of them openly acknowledged it, there was a budding affection between them.
Izuku, meanwhile, made significant strides with his support gear designs, often crediting Haruto's advice for his progress. Haruto continued to guide him.
Though Haruto valued these friendships, he never lost sight of his ultimate goal: to establish himself as a symbol of power and control in a chaotic world. Every friendship, every decision, every victory—it all served his grand plan.
