21. Is there a way to break the mate bond?

Lillie approached the spot where Cecile had disappeared and stood there, a sweet smile appeared on her lips. She looked like a curious little girl. Kevin stood not so far away and saw her twirling around and shook his head at her childishness.

"Lillie," he called and strode over to her. Lillie stopped and turned and found Kevin behind her.

"Hi, Kevin!" she said awkwardly. She didn't know how long he had been watching her. This was also the first time talking to him. Besides Alex and Cecile and maybe the guards who stood at the door and Lydia, she had not spoken to anyone else, not even Raal and Kevin.

"Looking forward to our time together," she said and smile lightly.

"Me too," he said and led them to the couch in the living room.

"Where do we start?" she asked as they both sat down.

Kevin gave it some thought and then smiled at her, "Why don't ask me anything that you will like to know about the lycanthrope? I tell you anything you want to know." Kevin said.
