Chapter Eight: Jack becomes Firecracker and Emily becomes the bluemoon

The next day when Jack got up he was scared because in his dream he was Firecracker which is the Fourth of July cat. Jack was born on the Fourth of July and he's a cat too. He screamed and was panicking. I woke up and heard it so I ran to his room and he was lying on the floor with two guns and he looked like the legend. I was running a fever and was getting dizzy so I fell to the ground and when I woke up I was at a hospital.

"Where am I? Why am I here"? Then Jack woke up and he looked like the legend of the Fourth of July cat.

"You're the Fourth of July and I'm the Bluemoon legend. What does this mean? Are we heros"? We looked at each other for a long time. We even checked out our powers. They were so weird because we never had these types of powers.

"Emily you are still more weak than me. I'm still stronger than you hahaha"!

"Oh do you want to go Jack. 'Cause if you do then we can do it right now."

"Oh ok then let's go"! So we got out our weapons and were like nah we don't need these. But the weapons wouldn't drop so then we were like what the fuck is going on here. "Why do we have to use weapons to prove a point"? I thought about and then I had an idea. When Jack wasn't looking I threw a blade at his leg.

"Ahhhh! It hurts! Make it stop"! Then he fell to the ground and whimpered. After a lot of whimpering he fell asleep. I felt so bad for just leaving him but I had to. Meanwhile with Icey and Solia we're getting worried so they called my dad. He said that I wasn't with him. It was true I was in a cell for meta animals. I got out tho because I beat Jack in a match.

"Lunar! It's Jack he is in one of the meta animal cells". I couldn't find her tho…..but the person I did see was Icey.

"It's Solia! She's hurt! Can you hand me the medic kit please"?

"Yeah sure! Do you know who did this? Cause I think it's Rue or.....oh no".

"What?! Is it something good?? Are you ok"? Icey saw blood on my autism shirt.She was so terrified so she started whimpering. She knew that she was dead because it was her father. My mouth was filled with blood.

My last words were, " I know it's you Justin. You're my father's real brother. Bye uncle Justin!"

"NO! EMILY! WHY HER AND MY LOVE! DAD I'LL DO ANYTHING! PLEASE! Please! Just let them live"! Icey was whimpering like crazy. Justin took her and revived me and Solia. I woke up and was myself and not the bluemoon legend.

"Solia are you ok? Come here! Shhh! It's ok! We'll find her I promise". Solia was crying and whimpering so fast that she couldn't breathe. "Solia stop! STOP! We will find her. All you have to do is help me by tracking down her location. Ok! Come here! Shhhh! It's ok! I'm here". I held her close and dang she wouldn't stop until I gave her Icey's hoodie.

"Thank you! I was cold! Here is everything that I know about her father and the locations that he was at recently".

"Thank you for all your help". I hugged her and then put on my suit and the legend gave me a knife and a staff. I headed out and found a piece of evidence. I ran back to Solia and told her to run some tests on it. She did and something was wrong about it. I had a feeling that my uncle would know that I was after her for Solia. Meanwhile with Jack. He was healed and he was fighting someone that he knew. It was Icey!

"Icey?! What are you doing here?"

"First off what are you doing here Jack?!"

" I got stabbed by one of Emily's knives. She won so she got to go. What is this place?"

" I don't know? This is my fathers doing. We have to get out of here which means we have to fight each other". Jack was like no at first then he nodded and they started the fight. Icey stabbed Jack's arm and other leg.

"Ahhhhh! Stop stop! Please! I beg for mercy! Let her go and keep me. Don't you need me because my father is here."

"Ah yes that's right your Rue's son. What was your name again?"

"Jack! My name is Jack! Let Icey go and take me! Please I'm begging you."

"Fine! Boys let her go"! He was hurting all over. He saw Rue's face and it was pure anger and guilt.

"Dad are you ok?"

"SHUT UP JACK!"

"I'm sorry"! He was dragged into a room filled with torture weapons. He had a face of guilt. "Dad please don't do this. I love you too much and I don't think you would do this. Dad I know…."

"SHUT UP! I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT. You're just like your mother and this is one reason why I killed her. Jack had a face of disbelief.

"I don't believe you. DAD I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU. YOU ARE A NICE MAN AND A NICE FATHER. That death was not you." Back with me! Icey came back to the layer and was hurt badly and needed medical attention right away.

"Solia go and get the medical stuff. GO!" So she went and got the medic stuff.

"Is she going to be ok"? I didn't know what to say because I wasn't a doctor.

"I don't know but we can hope". She took my word for it and Icey lived. Back with Jack!

"Dad please please! Ahhh! Grrrrrr"! After he was done torturing him he said something.

"I hate you! You are nothing but A WEAKLING"! After he said that he left everything up to Justin. Justin did way worse than Rue.

"Ahhhhh! AHHHH! STOP STOP"! He yelled and screamed for hours straight and guessed who got tortured also. Emily and Icey and Solia.

"Do you think I care if you torture me cause I don't. I'm used to it so why do it". Justin thought about it and then did something that I would never forget. He shot me five times. Two in the leg. Two in the arm and one time in the head. I thought I was a goner.

"NO NO NO NO! STOP! PLEASE I'M BEGGING YOU"! Justin stopped and said, "Rue take care of them and don't let them get away unless you want to let your son go but I highly doubt it". Rue thought about it and let him go.

"Go and don't come back". Rue walked away and cried. I on the other hand I was fixed up and was really close to death but I survived the shot.

"I don't wanna go. I can't leave you."
