The whole world was shocked

In a meeting room at Headquarters, 6:55 AM.

5 minutes before the murder case appeared.

The room was filled with Vice Admirals and Admiral.

"Sorry for keeping you waiting." Sengoku entered the room with a stack of documents. His face wasn't happy with what happened recently.

He approached his seat and sat down.

"We have many things to do today," Sengoku observed everyone's expression in the room.

He stopped at certain figures.

Aokiji was sleeping in the sleeping bag.

Akainu tried to mediate after an embarrassing defeat.

Kizaru looked around with a sense of curiosity.

Sengoku let out a sigh of relief. Three of them were alive and returned safe and sound.

Thanks to Smoker's mysterious beans the wounds on the body all healed quickly.

He regretted very much for giving them a suicidal mission. He didn't know Buggy was too strong.

Nonetheless, Buggy may be dead or missing. 

He had to prepare for the worst.

"Okay. Brannew. It's time to start the meeting today." Sengoku said.

"Yes, sir. To begin our meeting, we will discuss something least important first." Brannew approached the blackboard. He pinned a picture on it.

"As you can see. There is a religion called 'Equality' that appeared recently and it spread out at a very fast speed. They preached that people should be started equally. They talk very much. However, we can understand that they want to abolish hierarchy and create a new system."

"That doesn't mean."

"That's right. They want to overthrow the World Government and the World Government starts seeing them as a nuisance and demands us to kill them whenever we see them."

"Just a small group of people. What can they do anyway?" A person said with a voice full of scorn.

The room was filled with laughter.

"We do. However, we fail to target the root of the foundation. Their whereabouts. We don't know."

"I see. What's next."

"Next is about the guy on the sky. The World Government wants us to find this guy as fast as possible. One troublemaker is enough for this world. Now there are 2 troublemakers."

Sengoku nodded his head and added.

"Undoubtedly, his action targets the Marine's reputation. We won't let our justice be stained with a lie. His broadcast had made a crack in our reputation. We all thought that guy wouldn't appear again. Opposite to what we expected, that guy appeared again and even slandered us on a bigger scale than before."

"No one will believe his word, right." A person asked.

"Unfortunately, no," Brannew answered. 

"Normally, Big New Morgan sometimes cooperates with us. Thanks to his cooperation, our Marines didn't suffer any bad-mouth. But the guy on the sky revealed everything. Mostly bad things for Marines. The recent news. Did you guys hear it? I am sure you guys all hear it."

"I hear it. He said that we, Marines, were the bad guys for bullying women in Baterilla. We kidnap, kill women, and abduct children to populate Marine's number. He even went too far by saying those navies raped women before killing them."

"A word without evidence is just a rumor. However, he provided images and videos making it hard to deny it. Some people think Marines are just gangsters. There are 2 sides. Big New Morgan believer and The Guy on the Sky believer." Sengoku said while rubbing his forehead.

"Some people don't believe the guy on the sky but some people do believe him. As a result, you will see some citizens won't welcome our existence."

"Pardon me, Fleet Admiral. Does that guy say is true?" A voice rang out demanding an answer.

"Half of it is true. The rest is a lie."

"Thank you Fleet Admiral for sharing the truth. Now, we go to next."

Suddenly, the roof was broken. A person fell from it.

His body dropped to the ground in the center of the room attracting everyone's attention.

A Vice Admiral screamed out.

"He is dead."

A body with a knife was stabbed in his head.

"Flip him quickly so that I can see his face."

When the corpse was flipped, everyone was shocked.

"He is Jonathan. A Vice Admiral stationed at G-8." Brannew said.

"Someone killed him." Smoker pointed at the ceiling. He floated to inspect the ceiling. 

Unexpectedly, a poisonous arrow shot at him. Luckily, he ate Logia Devil Fruit so he didn't fear physical attack.

He traced the source of the attack only discovering a time crossbow.

He took it and reunited with everyone.

"Sorry. No one was there."

"Not your fault. How is he, Tsuru." Sengoku asked.

"He is dead. Very long ago." Tsuru inspected the naked body. The body was stiff like a stone. She flipped the body to see his back. 

"Blood exchange for blood. Life exchange for life. You have to pay for what you have done." Tsuru read the words written on the corpse with its owner's blood.

"Oh dear. Someone killed a Vice Admiral in Marineford. I wonder who would be." Kizaru said.

Akainu looked at the body with cold eyes and a hot fist.

"From what I see. This is an act of revenge." Tsuru said.

"Revenge. He is a navy so of course he has many enemies."

"Tsuru-Madam. I see this thing in his pocket." Hina gave Tsuru a piece of paper.

"Buster Call with Sengoku's signature."

"Buster Call. I remember Jonathan didn't join any Buster Call. How can the murderer target him?"

"I don't know. Let me investigate for further information." Tsuru said while looking at Akainu's face.

Her woman intuition told her that Akainu and Jonathan had some kind of connection.

However, judging the current situation, she knew it would be wise to ask later.

"Fleet Admiral. There is an emergency." A recruitee entered the room without permission. 

He screamed out when he saw the corpse.

"You don't know how to knock on the door before entering. What emergency makes you enter the room without asking."

"Tenryuubito." The recruitee tried to calm his breath.

"What. Someone attacks Tenryuubito." Sengoku exclaimed.

"Even worse. Someone killed Tenryuubito. Not only one but three Tenryuubito were killed."

"WHAT" everyone in the room exclaimed loudly.

"That's insane. No one dared to kill World Noble before."

"If a World Noble gets attacked, a Buster Call is a must," Sengoku said.

A speaker howled.

"A Buster Call. I repeat. A Buster Call is deployed. Go to the battleship for further command."

At the same time, the clouds in the sky moved strangely.

"Here we go again."

"Hello everyone. Do you miss me?" The guy on the sky said.

"Of course, you do. I am an amazing guy who brings to you the news that even Big News Morgan doesn't have. Let's go to the main topic, shall we."

The video was played.

Short but enough to make everyone's eyes pop out.

"That's right. The World Noble. They were killed by someone in Sabaody Archipelago." 

The video was played again. Everyone around the world couldn't believe in their eyes. They had to wash their eyes so that they could believe they were not dreaming in daylight.

"Not one. But three." The guy on the sky showed 3 pictures of Tenryuubito's death.

"Who is that mysterious person?"

"The world will be very chaotic from now," Sengoku said.

Some battleships left the port. Sengoku looked at those ships being dispatched for Buster Call.

Suddenly, a bright light dazzled everyone's eyes.

Battleships dispatched for Buster Call exploded one by one. A big fire was burning in the sea.

Sengoku grinned his teeth.

"That's a trap."

The harbor was bombarded with explosions from the ground. Many soldiers was wounded and dead.

Looking at the soldier's death, Sengoku didn't know what to do next. Things escalated too fast.

"Sengoku. We can't connect to other branches."

"Tsk." 

On the screen, another Tenryuubito was shot in his head. His brain was blown out of his skull.

5 Tenryuubito were killed in one day.

At this moment, Yonko, pirates, government, and citizens were very shocked.

No one dared to kill World Noble before.

"Damn it." Sengoku slammed the wall.

His brain was solving information at a fast rate to find a good solution. Now, everyone will see this as a joke of the century.

The screen was changed. This time was another fat Tenryuubito. His legs were bleeding profoundly. He tried to crawl away from a dangerous killer.

The Navies stationed on that island were forming a human shield to protect Tenryuubito.

"You better protect me well. Or else." 

A glittered thing reflected on his pupils. A loud explosion appeared killing Navies who protected him.

However, the fat Tenryuubito survived that attack somehow. But his luck was run out.

"Stop. Do you know who I am." he tried to threaten the attacker with his position and stall time as much as possible for CP's arrival.

His plan didn't work out. He got shot right in the middle of his brows.

The body slowly fell to the ground without any sign of life. The attacker walked towards the corpse. 

His step stopped before the fat Tenryuubito. Too bad that the camera didn't show his face.

Everyone all around the world stopped what they were doing and watched the broadcast with bated breath.

The attacker brutally hit the corpse with a stock of gun.

He hit so brutally that the brain was crushed into a pulp. After being satisfied with the beating, he walked away.

The broadcast followed his steps. 

There was no Tenryuubito anymore on the island. Marines became his next target.

The Navy fell to the ground one by one with a hole in their head. Navies fled cowardly with their tail between their crotch.

Pirates were running away but the Navies stayed on this island forever.

"Any of you. Can you hear me?" Sengoku tried to contact other branches but no response was received.

"What the heck is going on?"
