The Eternal Iceberg was not in the territory of the Ten Great Empires. It was located in the northernmost region of the Rotterdam Continent. It was desolate and uninhabited, with only uncivilized barbarians.
The entire Rotterdam Continent was divided into five sections. The ten empires were at the center of the Rotterdam Continent and also the place with the most fertile soil.
In the northernmost region, snow would fall all year round and the icebergs would never melt.
And the Eternal Iceberg had never shown any signs of melting.
Deep in the Eternal Iceberg, there was a black temple.
At that moment, more than ten elders were gathered in the palace.
These elders all had one common trait. They were missing limbs.
The elders were all sitting around a huge circular table.
