Chapter 1

Somehow the events turned upside down.

"Wake up already, or there will be beating next" Before I could shake off the blanket, a stinging pain reminded me that my mom would not care my drowsiness.

" Ouch, mom I am still sleep." I complained, despite knowing that that it would not work.

"Wake up and take a bath or you will be late. Why to do I have to do this everyday to wake you up. You are already adult." I kept snoring and listening her. I didn't want to get up.

Anyway I had to or else my mom would keep nagging. The cold water did good job to clear my drowsiness. The graduation ceremony was near and it made me feel cool because after that I will be free from the daily schooling thing.

The cold water ran down making me shiver once or twice. I appeared in front of the kitchen, " Where is your lunch? Don't forget it, okay?" Mom reminded.

" Its already in my bag, mom." I answered with tired face which I regret after the things turned upside down.

" Your card, don't forget it." Mom overlooked my expressions and asked again. I sighed.

" I am already wearing it, where is dad?" I inquired.

" Of course, your dad is hard-working man, not like you."

"Okay mom, see you later." I didn't listen to her, and decided to get out. " Be careful, okay."

This was the last conversation. I have with my mother.

The first thing in my sight was a ceiling, a pure white ceiling.

"where I'm I?" I stood up and realized that I'm inside a white room, I couldn't see anything except the blinding White Wall there was a sharp sounds. I looked up to find where the sound came from and then suddenly a door appeare an open itself. The brightest light I have seen in my entire life exploded from the door an I subconsciously covered my pale face.

For a second I feel my soul cleansed.

I was blank. " What the hack is going on?" In front of me, were humongous tree, hundreds of them. "Ah what I'm in a jungle? But earlier I was inside a room."

I look back but I couldn't find it, the room with the white background was gone. The white room earlier vanished. I was stunned "Seriously." I tried to study my situation when I heard a bloodcurdling outcry of a beast. A large lizard-like carnivore approached. It roared louder than my mother.

My eyes widened, the towering hight made me tremble I remembered a pre historic creature when I saw it. "What the feudal? Why can I see this monster here?" The large Monster started running in my direction. My mind and body made a decision, my natural instinct kicked in.

My instinct wanted to escape from danger. I yelled at myself, 'run, if I don't run, I'll die. But my legs are not moving, heck it Addy.

I pushed my shaking body an ran like when my mother cought me stealing her 20$ when I was a children.

Inside an old tree with a gapping hole that can fit two people. A man with a pale face is wheezing like someone who is about to die. He was panting crazily, yes, that man was me.

I'm freaking lucky that I know how to climb tree. I'm currently hiding inside an old tree. I somehow escaped the monster, that creature almost at my butt.

"Thank God, I can rest for now. First I need to find out where this place is an what situation I'm currently in. How did I get hear in the first place?"

First, I walked outside the house and waited on the terminal to ride a jeep.

Second, I woke up finding myself inside a white room

Third, a door appeared and opened itself.

Fourth, When I opened my eyes again, I realized I'm in a freaking jungle

Fifth, I was in front of an extinct dinosaur and it tried to eat me!!!

Conclusion: I'm screwed up.

"Haha. This is not funny. Did I travel back through time!? Is this the prehistoric era?"

Another blood-curling roared shook me . I hold my breath, squeezed my mouth, and stop moving, then I heard a voice "help. please, somebody, help me, can someone hear me? no, no."

The wailings stoped. That man surely lost his life. I realized that there were other people just like me who were calling for help.

So I'm not the only one here. I clenched my fist.

"What the heck is happing here?

I searched my body, trying to find my cellphone but to no avail, I can't find it. Now, how can I call for help? while I'm doing my monologue. I heard another voice a voice of a little girl could be heard from the sky. The vice announced, "Near to half a million people are transported inside the 'Awakening' you should kill monster to get stronger. Killing first monster will make you an awakener, and dead monster will drop some items that you can use go and complete the task."

The announcement ended.

Addy clearly heard it. He was shocked from his bones. He never expected that he would be transported and someone will force him to play a game of monster killing.

He tried to lash out out his anger shouting."How could you interpret this as a game when I just recently heard a person screaming while dying. No, This is not a game.

As if his words were heard by the hidden boss, there was another announcement.

"what about this, you can return on earth if you accomplish the current quest. The quest is to reach level-10, reward will be a returned stone."

Addy stood stunned, but he heard it right. H asked to himself' is that even possible? No, I do not have a choice. This is the only way for me to leave this place, it may sound absurd but I don't have any choice other than to do it.'

When Addy heard, he steeled himself. After all there is still hope. He was not sure about what was happening. He was not ready to believe it as the current reality, but one thing was sure. That scream earlier was real. He touched the tree, an even this tree was real too.
