She remembered Jacob well, she remembered him all too vividly, she remembered how obsessed he was with the idea of them being together, how he had this crazy look in his eyes each time she would reject his advances. Whatever it was that was going on right now, this new strange world, this awful predicament she had found herself in, Eira had a feeling Jacob had much to do with it.
