Thor's Request

"Can you use the power of the Space Stone to send us back to Asgard?" Thor's eyes flickered with a hopeful expression. If someone else had asked him this question, Yi Huo would have refused without hesitation. But Thor was his friend, and sending him back wouldn't be difficult, but Yi Huo feared that Odin would come after him.

Considering Odin's previous desire to collect the Infinity Stones, as seen from the gauntlet in his treasury, Yi Huo wasn't sure why Odin had abandoned that idea. But he couldn't be certain that the elderly Odin wouldn't change his mind.

Thor looked at Yi Huo's hesitant expression and earnestly said, "Please, Yi! The Nine Realms are in turmoil, and I need to return to Asgard as soon as possible!"

Haimdall, who had been monitoring the scene where Yi Huo previously used the Space Stone, noticed it and informed Thor after learning about the situation. Odin immediately instructed Haimdall to contact Thor and share the recent events through their shared senses. Previously, Odin hadn't intervened in Thor's choices since the whereabouts of the Tesseract were unknown. But now, Thor had to shoulder the responsibilities of a king.

"Fine... I guess you leave me no choice!" Yi Huo helplessly spread his hands. Thor's face lit up with joy, and he opened his arms, giving Yi Huo a big hug. The three of them went together to the headquarters of S.H.I.E.L.D. to prepare to leave with Loki. In the lobby on the ground floor, they encountered Stark, who had come to pick up Potts.

"Oh, isn't it our Thunder God? Why are you, the prince of Asgard, staying on Earth?" Stark taunted.

"You better shut up, Iron Man!" Thor stared sharply at Stark and said in a cold voice, "Otherwise, I'll make you understand the meaning of respect!"

Stark was about to retort, but he was stopped by Potts, who reached out her hand. She looked apologetically at Thor and said in a low voice, "Sorry, Thor. Tony can be like that sometimes. I apologize on his behalf."

"It's... It's fine." Thor scratched his head and said softly, "I forgive him for his rudeness."

When it came to fighting, Thor was known for being the best, but he felt uncomfortable with Potts' conciliatory attitude. He was used to his defeated enemies bowing their heads in submission. Seeing her boyfriend being humiliated, Jane Foster quickly stepped forward and confronted Potts.

As they watched the non-combative war between the two women, the three men couldn't help but feel helpless. Yi Huo grabbed Thor's hand and they headed upstairs. Before leaving, Yi Huo said goodbye to the two women, but they were too engrossed in their battle to respond.

After a moment's hesitation, Stark caught up with the two men. Nick Fury readily agreed to release Loki. Observing Yi Huo's casual demeanor, Stark whispered, "What are you guys planning to do?"

"I'm taking them back to Asgard," Yi Huo shrugged indifferently. Stark's eyes lit up as he whispered, "Can I come along?"

Yi Huo didn't answer immediately instead, he looked at Thor. He wouldn't make decisions for others, especially when it involved a friend. Stark quickly understood who the key player was. He grinned and approached Thor, engaging in a conversation that ultimately gained Thor's favor.

It had to be said that Stark, who hadn't activated his sarcasm mode, was quite likable. Loki glanced deeply at Yi Huo, unsure whether he was bluffing or could actually control the power of the Space Stone.

One hour later, the group stood on the rooftop of Stark Tower. Both Potts and Jane Foster were wearing Stark-designed suits of armor. Although Thor had repeatedly stated that Asgard could adapt to human life, Stark insisted on his own perspective.

Based on Thor's description, Yi Huo began to imagine the location of Asgard in his mind. In the next moment, a faint blue portal appeared in front of them. As they stepped through the portal, a group of Asgardian warriors pointed their weapons at them. However, upon seeing Thor, they immediately lowered their weapons and respectfully saluted.

Naturally, Stark took over the task of escorting Loki. He took a deep breath and then opened his helmet, revealing a look of surprise. The air quality here was indeed suitable for human habitation.

Along the way, Stark's mouth never stopped as he pulled aside the guards, asking about unfamiliar objects. The guards, seeing Thor's calm gaze, suppressed the urge to punch Iron Man in the face and patiently explained everything to Stark.

As soon as Yi Huo entered the grand hall, he felt a pressure enveloping him. Instinctively, he used the power of the Space Stone to disperse it. Odin, sitting on the throne, looked at them with a slight shimmer in his eyes and calmly said, "Welcome, esteemed guests, to Asgard!"

Thor clenched his right fist and placed it over his heart, bowing respectfully. He then spoke in a deep voice, "Father!"

Stark and the others followed suit, bowing to Odin. Yi Huo simply nodded his head towards the figure on the throne. Odin didn't say anything, as this was the treatment that a strong warrior deserved. After a conversation, Odin shifted his gaze to Loki and calmly said, "You will be imprisoned, and no one will visit you!"

Frigga, who was standing nearby, took a step forward and glanced at Stark and the others. After a moment's hesitation, she retracted her steps. She didn't want to argue with Odin in front of outsiders and tarnish the dignity of the Allfather. Frigga decided to plead with Odin later.

After the guards subdued Loki, Odin stood up and slowly approached Yi Huo. In a low voice, he said, "I sense the presence of the Tesseract within you. Can you do me a favor?"

"What favor?" Yi Huo looked at Odin warily, afraid that he might demand something like sacrificing himself and then using Gungnir to kill him on the spot.

With a warm smile on his face, Odin said softly, "Our Rainbow Bridge has been destroyed, and it needs a massive amount of energy to be restored."

At this point, Odin glanced at Thor with a reproachful look. If it weren't for his foolish son, the Rainbow Bridge wouldn't have been destroyed, and Asgard wouldn't have been in such a passive state. After a moment's thought, Yi Huo said in a deep voice, "I can help, but I want the Eternal Flame in return."

"No problem!" Odin nodded. Taking a strand of the Eternal Flame and restoring the Rainbow Bridge wasn't too much to ask. With Yi Huo as an endless source of energy, the Asgardian craftsmen quickly repaired the Rainbow Bridge. The war-loving Thor immediately went to the teleportation platform, asking Heimdall to send him to the battlefield.

He wanted to end the war as soon as possible and restore the peace of the Nine Realms. Curious about extraterrestrials, Stark shamelessly followed behind Thor, eager to experience the survival of humans in the other realms. Odin called a guard and asked him to accompany Yi Huo to the vault to retrieve the Eternal Flame.

As the guard watched the Flame being taken away, he blinked and realized that Odin hadn't specified the quantity. Remembering the repaired Rainbow Bridge, the guard gained a deep understanding of King Odin's generosity.

After obtaining what he desired, Yi Huo went to the palace and asked the two women if they wanted to return with him. Jane Foster flatly refused, stating that she wanted to stay and conduct research here. Potts hesitated for a moment but asked Foster to pass a message to Tony before joining Yi Huo as they stepped through the portal together.
