The planet was in motion.

At this moment, Wang was still perplexed. He hadn't expected that a planet devoid of signs of life would emit a roar. Soon, he felt a powerful spiritual force enveloping him, almost tangible in nature. The immense power even caused his magical clones to distort.

In an instant, his clones crumbled.

Wang spread his spiritual power to investigate the changes occurring on the celestial body. However, this time, his exploration was entirely different from before. Initially, he hadn't noticed anything out of the ordinary. But now, his spiritual power was immediately reflected back at him.

In his years of experience, he had encountered many terrifying beings, but this was the first time he had come across something so dreadful. "Such incredible life force and spiritual power!" Wang marveled. However, he couldn't help but scratch his head. His Bolts of Balthakk were renowned for their power, yet this entity managed to withstand them.

Just as he was wondering, countless silvery energies converged in front of him, forming an elderly man. The man had a beard and didn't appear young, but he exuded vitality. He looked at Wang with fury.

"You damn mortal! How dare you disturb my slumber? Are you seeking death?" Without saying another word, the white-bearded old man emitted a dense blue divine power from his hand, which swirled around Wang.

Frowning, Wang waved his hand, and his powerful magical energy clashed with the blue divine power, resulting in a resounding explosion. The divine power collapsed and dissipated into specks of light.

"I apologize for disturbing you, sir. I had no idea someone was here. Otherwise, I wouldn't have performed magic. I'm truly sorry!" Wang didn't know that someone else was present; otherwise, he wouldn't have conducted his magical experiments there. So, after overpowering the other's force, he quickly apologized.

"Mortal!" However, Ego persisted relentlessly and sneered, "You've disturbed me, and for that, you shall die!"

Ego was incredibly angry. He had been waiting for Star-Lord's arrival but was unexpectedly disrupted by this detestable human. In his eyes, this mere existence, akin to an ant, dared to disturb him. He should be the one invading the universe, not this insignificant intruder.

In an instant, an immense power surged toward Wang.

The energy seemed endless, carrying an irresistible and terrifying force.

Sensing this power, Wang's mind focused. 

["Ding! Detection of Celestials Divine Power Talent. Absorb it?"] 

Celestials? Wang immediately understood the significance of the system prompt.

The Celestials Divine Power Faction, apart from Ego, who had transformed into a planet, seemed to have no other members.

"Absorb!" A surge of divine power integrated into his body, enhancing the strength of his magic.

"Fuse with the power of the Infinity Stones!"

After assimilating the Divine Power Talent, he absorbed a portion of the power from the Infinity Stones, which he already possessed due to his strong magical talent. However, that was already his limit.

With the assimilation of Ego's semi-complete Celestials Divine Power Faction, he was finally able to absorb some additional power from the Infinity Stones.

"You damn mortal..." Just as Ego was about to loudly berate the intruder who had not only disrupted his slumber but also damaged his body, he suddenly noticed the purple sword in Wang's hand.

The sword resembled purple crystal and radiated immense power.

Most importantly, he felt a sense of familiarity from this power, which sent a shiver down his spine.

What kind of power was this? Why did it feel familiar, and why did it seem threatening to him?

This couldn't be possible. How could such a thing happen?

The person before him was merely a mortal.

Even the lightning displayed earlier only caused him some discomfort and couldn't pose a threat to his life.

But now, he felt a terrifying menace.

Just as Ego was astonished, wondering who possessed such power that could threaten him, Wang swung the sword, and a powerful purple light surged toward Ego.

The air trembled.

The sound reverberated through the atmosphere.

The aftermath spread throughout the air.

The purple light directly collided with Ego's blue energy.

Under the impact of such overwhelming power, Ego's energy began to crumble and disintegrate.

"How is this possible?!"

Ego let out a miserable scream as he felt a powerful corrosive force. Even he couldn't resist it. As a celestial being born after the creation of the universe, he possessed vast knowledge. His power was immensely strong and on a high level. Typically, it was his divine power that corroded others' power. But when did someone else's power become capable of corroding his own? The key was that his power was unable to withstand this terrifying force.

"You damn mortal! How can you possess such dreadful power?!" Ego seethed with anger. He couldn't believe that a mere mortal could possess such terrifying strength.

"Ego, initially, I felt apologetic for disturbing you. However, you intended to conquer the universe and leave your offspring scattered across the cosmos. I will kill those you deem useless!" Wang slowly spoke, "Now that I've encountered you, it can only be seen as your misfortune!"

In retrospect, it seemed that it wasn't Ego's misfortune but rather Wang's intuition that led him to Ego's planet. After all, the portal could only transport him to a place he envisioned, and the last time he had unintentionally thought of a generic planet's appearance, resulting in a random destination.

However, this time, in an attempt to reach a more distant location, his subconscious mind inadvertently thought of Ego's planet, causing the destruction of the planet. But it was all instinctual, not a deliberate act on his part.

It wasn't until the system notification that he fully understood the situation.
