"They asked me how old I was, who my parents were, where I had lived all this time. Yeah, around that." Seruni said while looking at the paved road in front of him. By now, they were already on their way to the restaurant.
"Then how do they treat you? Good, right?" asked Bima while wrapping his arm around Seruni's shoulder.
"What I saw yesterday was good, but I was afraid," Seruni swallowed her saliva, which tasted bitter.
"What are you afraid of?" Bima laughs, hearing Seruni is afraid of Rama and Sheila.
"What if they did dump me, honey?" entreated Seruni. "What if they don't want me and just dump me?"
"Don't jump to conclusions, honey, and we don't know the truth yet. Soon we will meet them, and I hope that they are your parents and don't dump you on purpose.
