"We're all gathered here for my son Falcon and wife to be Avery's wedding plans, can we focus on that, Alex is just fine with his doctor. If he wasn't, then his wife wouldn't be here eating with us. I'm I right Hazel?" She asked, "Yes." I responded to see her smile.
"You're right, I'm so sorry my love we should be more focused on you, it's your time to smile as everyone else has." Mother stated. "Yes, dear your mother's right, where would you love your wedding to be held?" Grandma asked. "Greece, I love Greece." Avery responded smiling to falcon to which he responded, "If that's what you want, then that's what you'd get." Mother stated. We all discussed other wedding plans and everyone had their role to play just like when they did mine and Carie's only that I'll be handling this one.
It's the first time something this serious has been appointed to me and I wanted it to be perfect. I could ask Alex for help since he's less busy and a God at planning events, but I wasn't sure he'd agree without anything in return. Avery smiled but none of which got to her eyes, I wondered how I didn't realize all of this before. It's her wedding she should be happy about it, not like I was during my time, especially with my back and forth relationship with Alex which still exist to this day. I only prayed Inwardly she's happy with whatever decision she's making.
Falcon is a nice person, I can say that cause of the few times we've been together and I'm sure they'd make a great couple. We all left the dining room once we were done with breakfast, I got back to Alex while the kids went out with their grandfather.
Both men looked like they were engrossed in a conversation that only stopped when I stepped in, "I'll do as you've said, sir." Giving me a slight bow, Phill stepped out of the room. "How're your arms now?" I asked the man stepping into the bathroom. He hasn't had breakfast yet and he looked like one that was about to step out. "It's fine now." He stepped into the bathroom of which I followed suit.
"I'm to plan Avery's wedding Alex, I need your help." I proposed hoping for a better response, he had an injury there's no way he'd work like this. "I have things to do Hazel, I don't know why you were given a role you slack on." He pulled his buttons with one hand smoothly, I knew he wasn't going to accept my offer easily good thing I still had some tricks up on my sleeves.
Alex is a stubborn man, but there isn't a man who is without weakness, all you have to do is find out about his weakness which I'm very much aware of. Me.
"Honey," I called walking up to him as I grabbed his hands still unbuttoning his shirt. "I'll take it from here, let me help you out." I pulled the buttons very slowly as I thought of means to ask. Avery's marraige meant a lot to me, I wanted to make it perfect, to make it the best.
I can't be a laughing stock to everyone at the event, the Wilson's have been known for their impeccable taste and styles when it came to parties and I wouldn't want to change that status. "Sweetheart, all I need is just their contacts and I'll handle the rest." He met my gaze, his face was as indifferent as always but still said nothing to me, rather moved his gaze to his buttons which I pulled out sluggishly. He sighed.
"Helping you would come with a price Hazel, can you pay that?" He asked lazily. "What do you want?" I helped him pull out his shirt carefully "Hmmm." He hmm staring right into my eyes as a mischievous grin laced his lips. This had my heart skipping. 'Shit', I cursed inwardly trying to put my thoughts together. How can one act make me lose control? Why do I feel this way around him all the time?
Just like the first day we met Alex moved towards me lazily till he trapped me in a corner, his hand went to the side of my right ear while the other stayed by his side.
"You're not good at seducing your husband, wifey, you should be ashamed of yourself." He whispered in my ears, his hot breath sending shivers through my body which had me almost closing my eyes. I could feel my cheek warm up at his words and even if I fought hard to resist him, he was so extremely unresistable. I tried so hard to keep my sanity, even without touching I could already feel his hand on my skin.
"Y... You promised t...?" "What do I do with this beautiful thing." He murmured beneath his breath tilting his head closer to mine, I could feel his breath on my face making me shudder. Alex's eyes didn't leave mine as it felt like he was staring right into my soul, my body tensed, my breath hitched, my skin burning from his stare becoming aware of his presence.
I wet my lips which had turned dry due to how hot my body felt at that moment. "F**k Hazel don't do that, you don't want me to eat you up right now do you?" I shook my head unwillingly at his words. I had to keep my pride even if I was soaking wet, and itching for his touch, I had second thoughts about giving in but for some reason, I couldn't give in. Not now, not ever, not when we were yet to settle our differences but have to come together and forcefully get along cause of the kids.
"I... I'll do anything you want." I stuttered biting my tongue inwardly, the grin on his lips expanded and it irked me cause he knew the effect he had on me. I tried to distract myself by not staring into his alluring eyes, but no matter how much I tried he was still very noticeable. "Are you sure sweetheart, you'd do anything I ask?" I nodded slightly trying not to touch his face cause any slight movement our lips would end up touching.
Getting the contacts of good wedding planners shouldn't be a problem, but when it comes to Alex, the reverse was the case. "S... Stop playing games with me Alex, forget it I'll find others." I escaped from his trap and stepped out of the bathroom. I had to run away cause I didn't know what next I'll do if I stay close to him any longer
Sauntering back into the room I met an unpleasant figure sitted on the sofa. She didn't join us for breakfast and was already drinking from Alex's breakfast.
"You should stop serving him soup he's better now," Chan stated with a mocking smile.
