Chan stepped into the garden earlier excited until she saw the image she despised the most sitting next to Alex, both people sitted like a statue with shocked expressions and stared at the kids displaying their childish acts before them. Chan clenched her fingers, the one time she thought she's won and could be closer to Alex once again, here he is, still sitted with his wife.
She regretted not opposing Hazel staying with Alex in the hospital at that time, she knew even if they had previous issues, with Alex waking up from his coma to see her next to him a lot. A lot more than anyone would have imagined, whatever must have made them divorce was forgotten and forgiven, he was ready to accept her back again.
She had to appear normal even if she was super angry, she hasn't forgotten the civilization at the triplet's birthday party and was still planning her revenge. Rather than killing or eliminating anyone as Beverly had suggested, she wanted to mock Hazel with her divorce, but it seems things weren't going the way she jas planned.
Somehow she gets away with all their plans even if how she escapes still remains a mystery to everyone. It's not her fault she's developed something for Alex since when they were kids. Maybe because he was the only one who insulted or discriminated her for being a fat baby.
She was always bullied in school, everyone mocked and laughed at her calling her a fat cow, except Alex and Beverly. Chan thought she liked him so much as a brother, but gradually that like grew to something uncontrollable, something that thirst for him. Something she's tried to get rid of so many times.
She felt indebted to Beverly which was why she left when she realized both people liked each other, it would have been someone other than Hazel. Maybe then she would leave Alex alone for good, deep down she knew she had no chance with him, and what she's done was an abomination in their part of the world.
Maybe if Alex likes her back, just once, she wouldn't be shy about it. A one-sided relationship was the most hurtful of them all, you get jealous easily, broken at the slightest move. You get to watch your love hanging out with other ladies and would even hurt more if you cannot do a thing about it.
"Chan, you came? Babies greet your aunty, Chan." "Hello." Kyle and little Alex greeted in unison while they pat their sisters' back. "Aunty my prickles, it really hurts." Leah jumped off her father's leg falling a little on the floor, but she picked herself back up and strode towards her aunt. Leah brought out her thumb which had Alex chuckling, she had the same face Hazel had while angry, the face that makes him laugh.
She was the little form of the woman sitted next to him, he couldn't help but stare at his wife again. He thought he'd get tired of staring at her, but each time he does, it felt much stronger than the first time, and once he does, nothing else matters to him anymore. That's the effect she had on him, something no one else has done to him.
As if Hazel noticed his stare, she met his gaze and quickly averaged her gaze from his blushing instantly. He watched her cheeks and neck turn red from his stare, this is what she was scared of, this is one of the reasons she wanted to be away from him. Cause of her body's obvious reaction to this man.
She could already feel her heart beating so loudly, scared that anyone would notice. She tucked her hair to the back of her ears trying to forget him watching. Their little action didn't go unnoticed if only they saw the slight frown on Chan's face even if she was attending to Leah.
"You should stare at me that way too Alex." She said while sitting on the next chair, Alex picked the sliced fruit with his fork and are without a word to her. The last thing he wanted was to converse with Chan. "We should take turns now Hazel, I can take good care of brother Alex from now on you don't have to worry. Right, brother?"
"How can you send my wife away Chan?" Elena stepped in bowing to the people in the garden as she came to get the kids for their night bath. Leah went on with reporting her sprinkled to Elena. She wouldn't rest until everyone present in the mansion told her sorry kissing her hands one after another. Elena kissed her little thumb saying a sorry multiple times till the little girl was satisfied and she smiled pegging Elena. Kyle and little Alex followed Elena and Leah back into the mansion.
"What are you saying, brother Alex? I thought you both were divorced?" "We got back." He said plainly rising to his feet. Alex picked up his crutches, and Hazel helped him back into the mansion, she couldn't stay behind with Chun, since they were not friends and barely even got along. For some reason both ladies hated each other, Chan was the first Wilson family member that Hazel never tried to get close to.
After dinner, everyone went to their rooms to sleep, except of course Alex and his wife Hazel who had to put him to sleep first. Even if he was a man and acted like he was all strong just to keep his pride, he needed help and she wouldn't let the maids get close to him. He was right when he said she was jealous.
She helped him sit in the tub bringing out his bath wash and every other thing he needed. She wondered how he was able to bathe himself in the morning. Alex didn't resist since she was willing to get close to him, besides, Hazel touching him willingly was divine. If she has to continue like this every day, he might even recover faster than he had imagined.
She scrubbed his back just the way he taught her which was not the normal way but the seductive way. He was too excited earlier about this and forgot about the torture that came with her touching him. He gritted his teeth trying to resist the stupid hormones that have been triggered. "Can you make the water colder?" He suddenly said, as if she would listen. How can the water be warm when he's feeling this hot?
"How can you bathe in cold water in cold weather? Are you planning on killing yourself, Alex?" She scrubbed his chest, her favorite part of his body. Her hands itched to touch him, but she had to resist it, maybe deciding to bathe him was a bad idea after all. "The contract has been sent to your room, you can sign it by morning if you're too tired tonight." He said trying to get his mind off her hands.
She went down to scrub his legs, but slipped and found herself falling inside the tub. Alex was quick to catch her from hitting herself, but before she could stand she found herself beneath him. At this time her entire body was drenched with water and the only help Alex could render was taking advantage of the situation.
He smooched her lips immediately, seizing her breath as he kissed her crazy...
