Blake's attention was left on his wife after she said those words to him. He was lost staring at her forgetting that he is driving until he heard a loud horn of a car behind him as he almost crashed into it absentmindedly driving backwards.
He cleared his throat while averting his gaze from the sleeping figure who was still holding him tightly even in her sleep.
Her words keep on replaying in his head till they got home. He is mean to her because he doesn't like her, how can she tell him to stop hating her?
"I really want you to like me" the sentence popped up in his head. Blake shook his head with a sigh. He won't get out of this if he continues thinking about her.
He is still trying to get over the fact that he fought with his rival not because of business but a woman.
Why was he so angry at the thought of Dante hurting Emma? Was it the husband instinct? That could be the only explanation for his behaviour in there.
