The Pink Elf Group Tour - part 2

In her usual manner, Fu Hua accepted the decisions made by the group without protest.

"Well, for the three of you… It's alright. We'll venture out first, get a feel for the situation, and then we can discuss your involvement," Elysia proposed, tapping her cherubic face thoughtfully with the end of her pen. Her gaze, however, was drawn to Griseo, who was engrossed in her painting in one corner, and Kosma, who stood as guard nearby.

Compared to Kevin's group, Elysia felt more confident about persuading these two. "Now that we're down to the last two, are we ready to finalize the list for the Pink elf tour group?" she asked, her voice filled with anticipation.

She approached Griseo, her smile warm and inviting. "What do you say, little Griseo? Would you like to join us on this adventure?"

Caught off guard, Griseo looked up from her painting, her eyes wide with surprise. "But sister Elysia," she began, her voice tinged with confusion, "what could I possibly contribute to the group?"

Elysia's smile didn't waver. "Going out allows you to meet different people, see new places, unseen colors. There are so many beautiful things waiting to be discovered!"

"Outside, unseen colors..." Intrigued by the prospect of experiencing unseen colors, Griseo turned to Kosma. "Kosma, can we go outside?"

Kosma remained silent, torn between her protective instincts and Griseo's evident desire to explore.

(What to do, and to refuse Griseo's request? But she wants to go out so much, and besides, there are so many people going out right now, there shouldn't be any need to worry about her safety)

(And... Heroes? It's not bad to go outside and see what a hero who overcame Honkai looks like)

With that thought in mind, Kosma finally nodded in agreement.

Upon hearing Kosma's agreement, Griseo's face lit up with joy. She nodded her head enthusiastically and declared, "No matter the time or place, I will strive to meet your expectations. So, Sister Elysia, I accept your invitation!"

Elysia, taken aback by Griseo's fervor, instinctively stepped back. It was then that she realized she had been standing quite close to Griseo. At some point, Griseo's personality had already started to color like her.

Unfazed by this realization, Elysia flashed a bright smile and exclaimed, "Ah, well, regardless of how we got here, Griseo has agreed! What a delightful development!"

She then turned her attention to Kosma, the silent teenager standing next to Griseo. "So, Kosma?" she asked, her voice filled with anticipation. "Since Griseo is joining us, I assume you'll be coming along as well, right?"

Without waiting for Kosma's response, Elysia confidently added his name to her list. She then took a moment to count the names, her eyes widening in surprise. "Wow, there are so many of us! As many as eight!?"

With a triumphant flourish, Elysia held up the book containing the list of names. She then positioned herself at the center of the gathering, her beloved trumpet in hand. "The Pink Elf's group tour is all set," she announced, her voice ringing out clear and strong. "When the time comes, everyone must follow my lead. No wandering off on your own once we're outside!"

Mobius, however, was less than impressed. She watched the pink-haired woman darting about, a scowl on her face. She had long harbored a desire to put her in her place. With a dismissive wave of her hand, she called out, "Elysia! Aren't you forgetting something crucial? We haven't even figured out how to get out of here yet!"

Elysia merely laughed in response. "But surely you can handle that, Dr. Mobius? I have complete faith in you!" she teased, her eyes twinkling with mischief.

She continued, her tone playfully cajoling, "Oh, you wouldn't let me down, would you? Not after I've placed so much trust in you, dear Dr. Mobius?"

Mobius could only splutter in response. "You! Who said I couldn't do it?" She was well aware that Elysia was deliberately provoking her, but there was no way she was going to admit defeat. The very idea was preposterous!

"I've been racking my brain for quite some time now, trying to figure out a way to escape from here. However, I hadn't considered something as convenient as this!" Dr. Mobius confessed, her gaze fixed on the glowing card in Elysia's hand. A smirk played on her lips as she thought to herself, 'Even if I fall for Elysia's bait, it wouldn't be a loss if I could study that thing.'

Elysia, clutching the stigmata card, looked at Dr. Mobius with a hint of worry. "Hmm… That might be a bit challenging, Mobius. Are you sure you can devise a reliable plan?" She was quite fond of this gift and was reluctant to part with it. After all, the stigmata was a significant part of her identity, and the idea of giving it away felt rather odd.

"Of course, we've already discussed a plan," Dr. Mobius replied, her smile never wavering. Her eyes, however, remained locked on the stigmata in Elysia's hand. "Would you like to hear it?"

Elysia's eyes widened in surprise. "Impressive, Dr. Mobius! And of course, the lovely Vill-V and the gentleman visitor. I'm intrigued! Do satisfy the curiosity of a beautiful girl like me!"

Dr. Mobius began to explain, a hint of mischief in her eyes. "We propose to fuse the card carrying the Stigma. Then, Vill-V will create a device that can distribute its power to the Heroes venturing out. The advantage of this approach is that, in the future, if there's a suitable Stigma, everyone can wear it again and regain their battle prowess." Her words were deliberate, each sentence carrying a playful undertone.

"And what might the drawbacks be?" Elysia inquired, her tone laced with curiosity.

"The downside, of course, is that you won't be able to fully harness the power of the stigmata. You might only be able to utilize about half of it, or even less," Dr. Mobius estimated. "The exact amount would depend on how much energy is left after maintaining the Heroes' bodies. That man seems quite confident in this stigma, but I suspect you might not even be able to retain 10% of its power. So, are you still willing to proceed?"

Elysia responded with a radiant smile, her eyes sparkling with determination. "Of course, I'm willing! Sharing my power… it's quite a romantic notion, don't you think?" She seemed unfazed by the potential limitations, her optimism shining through. "Is that all? It seems like quite a few restrictions to me!"

Dr. Mobius continued, her tone turning serious. "There's more. The Heroes venturing out can't stray more than 2km away from you. Moreover, their strength restrictions would be even more severe than yours!"

Elysia's brow furrowed in thought. "That does sound like a significant constraint, Isn't that... Very good news? hehe."

"But if there are so many conditions, why did you choose this path?" she asked, her curiosity piqued.

Dr. Mobius fell silent for a moment, her gaze thoughtful. Then, a slow smile spread across her face. She gently stroked her own cheek, her expression a mix of maniacal delight and obsession. "Because only in this way can we adapt the stigmata when we venture out and achieve the perfect evolution!" she declared, her voice filled with conviction.

Vill-V, standing beside her, turned to the bewildered Elysia and offered an explanation. "If we were to use a robot or seize control of a body, the adaptation of the stigmata wouldn't be perfect, even if we managed to venture out. The fundamental issue is that it's not our own body. However, the method we're using now, with the Memory Body and the stigmata reversing the composition of the physical body, allows for a much better adaptation."

She continued, "In that regard, we've chosen to place our bets on this visitor. And of course, we'll provide any assistance we can."

Elysia nodded, a look of understanding dawning on her face. "Hmm… I see. So, how long will it take for us to get out?" she asked.

Dr. Mobius chuckled softly. "How long? Well, that depends on when Vill-V finishes her work. And let's hope she hasn't added any extra little features," she teased.

Vill-V, catching the playful accusation, laughed in response. "Ahahaha, how could you think that?" She adjusted the brim of her hat, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "Two days from now, stay tuned!"

author's note:

I'm still confused about how to write Vill-V's multiple personalities so it's better to just leave her like that, I also prefer to call her Velvet rather than Vill-V duh who names their child like that and even uses symbols like '-'

... Ah Elon
