Prudence stood by the door as she heard his footstep before the door to Vincent's room closed. The fireplace was lit but was losing the flame. Atleast Vincent hadn't done the magic here. Prudence walked to the fireplace before adding more wood. It clogged the fire further. With the use of a blowers and pumped it at the source of the fire.
In no time the fire burned brighter and Prudence could feel the warmth her body was craving so badly.
She sat right there with her leg folded to one side. Her eyes set on the flames as they reflected in the ocean of her iris. Prudence had assumed she would have a mountain of thoughts flooding in her mind when she went away from Vincent. However, it was completely opposite of that. There was barely any thought she had. No matter how much tried to think about the incident around an hour back, she could not go beyond just one thought.
