"My Alpha, you have chosen not to believe me in this case." Adolphus said.
"Why should I believe a word that isn't backed with evidence?" I scoffed, rolling my eyes sarcastically.
"Evidence? Edward, your servants, even some guards can vouch for it. Upon that, she fainted and almost lost her life yet you didn't visit her." He rambled with words.
"Adolphus, you won't tell me what to do!" I growled at his face in anger but he didn't wince.
"Okay, I know you have no feelings for this woman but aren't you human to retaliate a favor?" He gave me a long anxious stare and I sighed.
"She is fine now, right?" I raised a brow and he nodded skeptically.
"Then, why are you still worried?" I asked.
"Visiting her will make her happier. Don't forget we need her help, you have been sluggish these days but time waits for no one and you also know that your time is limited." He reminded me seriously.
